Join us for a special Shavuot Service livestream Saturday, June 15th, at 11:00 a.m. EST. We will have a special Shavuot (Pentecost) celebration at Founded in Truth Fellowship! Close to the Rock Hill/ Charlotte area? Come celebrate with us! Our worship servies consist of a time of worship and praise, Children's ministry is released as well as the youth, a special teaching or message that orbits the person of Jesus, and concludes with a time of fellowship. This week we will have a special potluck meal after services, so please bring a "clean" plate to share.
We will be diving into the significance of Shavuot and its connection to the first fruits offering. We'll have a unique presentation featuring replicas of the bread that was waved at the Temple in the 1st century, and how Shavuot points us to Yeshua as the true fulfillment of Shavuot. In the New Testament, Shavuot is called Pentecost and it was the day when the gift of the Holy Spirit was given to the followers of Yeshua as they were celebrating the feast day at the temple.
After the service, we invite you to stay for a delicious potluck-style meal (oneg) as we celebrate this important feast day together.
