Here are the measurements and Ingredients.
Pita bread(you can use tortilla wrap).
300g plain flour:
165ml lukewarm water
2g or 2tsp yeast
5g or 2tsp sugar
2g or 1tsp salt
kangaroo:( you can use beef fillet)(beef tapa)
kangaroo fillet thinly sliced
35g or 2 Tbsp brown sugar
30 g or 2 Tbsp yoghurt(optional)
1g or a pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon or 10g oyster sauce(adjustable)
3 Tbsp or 45g soy sauce(adjustable)
1 teaspoon or 10g garam masala/ curry powder
1/2 teaspoon 1g cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon 2g salt and pepper
Aioli/ garlic sauce:
5g or 1 tsp minced garlic
100g or 1/2 cup mayo
pinch of pepper(optional)
DO NOT ADD WATER for better flavor
