Plot: Shawn has been working for the SBPD for years now. Recently there's been some talk about his methods and if he's even a legitimate psychic. One of Chief Vick's last acts was to tell Shawn he's under investigation. Lassiter's the Chief now only now it's a conflict of interests as the two of them have been dating for awhile now. But when Lassiter's sees Shawn with another woman he breaks it off with Shawn completely. Shawn tries valiantly to try to tell Lassie that he didn't cheat on him but Lassiter refuses to believe him. Shawn realizes that he and Lassie really are done and lets him go. Lassiter soon after has a nightmare about Shawn and decides to talk with him. Shawn comes over for dinner and they talk and Shawn tells Lassie he loves him which he's never done before. Lassie believe Shawn and they get back together. Soon after Shawn has a dream of his very own.
