So many of his hardcore fans have all but written/recorded essays online over the years insisting this man wasn’t LGBTQ. These are the same sectors that tossed hundreds if not thousands of dollars at Shawn at his concerts hoping he’d take one look at them and marry them someday. He is coming out now because he’s prepared to take the financial hit and rebuild from there.
Exactly! It's understandable he played straight all these years so as to not have his gayness affect his career. But judging by how often he likes to be shirtless around other men, it's clear he's deeply attracted to the masculine.
it's not about whether he knows or not and just don't want to admit it. it's the struggle between not being able to express yourself without others judging. he's only speaking about it because of the people who won't shut up about it when he doesn't even owe an ounce of explanation to those people.
