I’ve never heard a bad word about Lance Storm and would love to hear a conversation between him and CVV. He’s done good interviews with Austin, E&C amongst others. ...he IS back with WWE, though, and I suspect the door to appear with AEW affiliates may be closed right now.

Shawn Spears kills it any time he's on TV or Dark. His facial expressions are always on point, and tell exactly what he wants to tell during the match. Super underrated at being able to story-tell in match. When Dark was bringing on guest announcers, Spears was the best one. Curious to see where this tag-team thing goes. At first, I thought Janela was going to end up being the partner that works with him, would've been an interesting wrinkle. Since Janela is working with Sabian now, I'm curious who might be paired with Spears. I promise, my Canadian bias isn't showing.

I really like this interview. And very happy for Sean Spears! I honestly did not know him from the days of WWE so for me, he's a new face at AEW and very excited to watch future episodes because of the Chairman. AEW is why I got back into watching wrestling again. Before that, I was just watching random clips on RU-vid, but never following anything in particular. So these interviews are great.

I met Shawn Spears at Starcast during Double or Nothing weekend and can honestly say hes such a great guy. I told him I had three guys that i wish would jump ship and go and give it a go in AEW, him along with Heath Slater and Zack Ryder as i believe they all deserve much better based on their talent. 1/3 is a great start!
