In the name of Allah, the ever merciful, the entirely merciful. Master and Commander on that tremendous day and who's knowledge encompasses all things in his glorious heavens and on his magnificent earth. Who is it then, that would dare to intercede without his permission ? Praise be to the one most high, Allah (SWT) for giving this ummah gems like Hamza Yusuf ! I like many others reverted to Islam because of Hamza Yusuf's influence ,Al hamdullilah. May Allah (SWT) grant him and his family all things good and protect them from all that is evil. Glory to Allah, may he alone be praised, glory to Allah for there is none greater than him.

I listened to the Sheik Hamza for years. I pray that God heals whatever deficiencies he has toward the Ummah. He made statements that are not empathetic toward our people, and in my heart I want to lash out, but I think that the creator is all-knowing and will handle matters in the proper way and hold accountability in the proper way. Inshallah, this Sheik and his family are blessed, and any deficiencies are healed, and he walks on the correct path. He is still my brother, and I wish him the best.

The level of Christian scholarship is already so low (most priests, ministers and even deacons do not read or write in any of the Bible’s primary languages) - Sheyk Hamza’s comments and elucidation on the principles of Islam was dawah for these Christians.
