Wa alaikumu salam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu جزاك الله خيرا That was an early video. In subsequent videos it was removed. However, in shaa Allah its only an alert which does not fall into the hadeeth. The Standing Committee was asked: What is the kind of bell that is forbidden? Please note that there are electric bells that make sounds like birds, or bells on alarm clocks where one piece of metal strikes another, and other kinds. They replied: The bells that are used in houses, schools and so on are permissible, so long as they do not include anything haraam, such as resembling the church bells of the Christians, or have musical sounds. In that case they are haraam for that reason. End quote. Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (26/284). السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Yes brother that's correct.The Shaykh mentioned the following scholars : (1) Shaykh 'Abdul Qadir al-Arnaout (2) Shaykh Shu'aib al-Arnaout and a third scholar who its not clear who it is but sounds like Shaykh Abdul Aziz ar-Rabah but not sure. The remaining text is as follows for all those interested: "Likewise let not our brothers be forgotten, -our brother Shu'aib and our brother 'Abdul Qadir al-Arnaout and [............]. Each of them have exerted efforts in serving the Sunnah. Likewise others who have served the Sunnah and in the knowledge of the religion and teaching the Muslims and benefiting them. We ask Allah to reward all of them.However, those who strived in serving the Sunnah have an extra virtue."
