Lanham Act §1116(d)(1)(A) "providing for the seizure of goods and counterfeit marks involved in such violation and the means of making such marks, and records documenting the manufacture, sale, or receipt of things involved in such violation." I'm pretty sure this movie only made it to rental stores and they all had to sell their copies back to the distributor. Using "Shazam" as the title was a pretty egregious copyright/trademark violation. A very uncommon situation and it's not surprising that Sinbad would joke about it and play games.

This is a commercial for the movie “Kid” starring sinbad. It was on a vhs as a commercial and right after this commercial another one would play for “kazam” starring Shaq. People are simply remember commercials from a vhs and getting the actors mixed up this is a video of the commercials chopped together

There are so many "made for TV" or "straight to VHS" movies that came out in the 90s that the internet will never know about. SInbad's genie movie was likely his first lead role and it got sued out of existence by DC for infringing on their character rights to "Shazam". Sinbad denies its existence, either because he has to (NDA) or just because at this point he thinks it's funny and his keeping his name out there.

It's been 5 years and the movie is still not on IMDb nor listed ANYWHERE on the internet as a real movie, lol. But of course you guys are still at it and will continue to be for another 5 years and beyond. Is this where you imagined your life going? Really think about it. Why does this fake movie need to exist for you?
You'd think that someone had to have purchased 1 damn vhs copy of the movie that timeline, and manifest it in timeline giving some sort of proof or residual to hint to Sinbad (aka David Adkins) that he did make the movie in in alternate timeline. We need a damn residual....someone has got to get crackin' on finding the residual...and I'm not talking about the college humor clip.....there is a freakin' residual for every damn Mandela Effect....we need to find one for Shazaam, eg. A commercial, an action figure, a poster shot, news article, magazine article, other actors/actresses who may have worked with him on the movie, who remember this, there has to be other people in Hollywood, who remember the original "timeline 1"-remembering folks who worked on the movie.
