Hi guys, great to see the poly tunnel coming together and great to see the coiled springs helping mum and dad out with the construction of the benches.

While watching this, I was attempting to fasten the wheels on my new shopping cart. The instructions appear to be written in Farsi. So, I’m marvelling at Christina banging together, whatever she gets her hands on, with such confidence and alacrity. Christina, you are fabbalabbulous!

I Love your well, could you go down a couple of feet into the well, remove stones every foot or so, and replace and cement them with bigger/longer stones to protrude out a few inches into the well, this would give you a ring ledge to the sit a cover, unseen, a couple of handles to lift it out when needed. Well done Christina, great save on the table!

James and Cristina, your property looks beautiful trimmed and mowed. I imagine you sitting on the terrace in the mornings, drinking coffee, and taking it all in. Or is it me I imagine doing that? Perhaps you could get a solar landscaping light to uplight the tree to get the effect you wanted. I liked that you showed the back footage of the poly tent. I saw someone who built the ends of their poly tunnel out of wood as the winds tore up the poly material on the ends faster than the tunnel itself. Looked really nice.

It is nice when you can use what you have on hand to make the doors and benches. A little touch up here and there makes a big difference.

Getting odd put off jobs finished is very rewarding. Christina , your tomato and pepper plants need some TLC (tender loving care) , some water ,and fertilizer . I suggest as soon as you get the poly tunnel finished then put the tomato and pepper plants in the container boxes that you are going to make. The plants need to be in a little deeper soil and feed the soil . Pepper plants love the heat, Tomato plants love cooler temps ( not cold) , they don't like to be in full sun all day. Clip off the old dying leaves and stems. You can grow them all year round as long as you take care of them. I'm enjoying all of y'all's videos. Y'all take care. P.S. fairy lights would look awesome in the trees . I was thinking if you put netting over the trees and then hang the lights all over the netting.. But that is probably too much work But would be beautiful.

Christina, you were keen on flowering plants…..I suggest you transplant the Aloes to the dry garden, where they will flower and be showy. The stunning blue and white tile wall be a feature, with that view beyond! Group your terracotta pots into 5 and plant into fresh potting soil some bright Geraniums. Spray the black pots another colour/white? and plant Petunias of all colours in them, also grouping in 5’s. This makes a colour impact. Love your blue Potato plant (Solanum)behind tiles and continue White Iceberg roses/Geraniums etc. Icebergs love pruning and just pop the cuttings everywhere. Don’t forget your your compost and a frosting of 3:1:5. You could think about a soft blue/grey for your walls. Your grey slabs will offset mixed colours beautifully. I can see a wedding function and photos in front of tiles.

Those tiles are beautiful, so that's a job worth completing...well done on getting all those jobs completed, because it makes you feel so much lighter (in the mind), and pushes you on to being more creative with others. Your plants are lovely too, and it's all going to look so lush in no time, especially with the aid of your fabulous homemade poly tunnel. But what I love most of all, is your hoard of reclaimed discarded materials...it brings me joy to see things being repurposed, it helps the planet, and it needs all the help it can get...so well done 👏🏻💚 Outside lights 🤔 My solar lights get on my nerves, even the security ones, because even though I live on the South Coast, we still don't get enough sunlight, and also they're not built to last...so I resort to tea candles (real & battery operated) in small lanterns (paper & glass)🕯🏮....and outside stringed fairy lights Lovely video as per norm. 🙂

Cristina, the rose is gorgeous. I repotted my outside geranium and brought it inside for winter. It's blooming more now than it did outside. I do love geraniums 😊. Now that is going to be an awesome greenhouse with a big sturdy potting bench. The pump house looks great with the wood and fresh paint. The huge terrace is shaping up. I would probably pull up a section of pavers in the middle area and plant a palm and other plant for a green island. It’s always nice to finish off the small things on the top-do list. Keep up the fantastic work.

I love to watch the both of you interact, you remind me of my husband James and I , but watching Cristina helping cleaning out that well, it kind of freak me out , as I am petrified of "pocos " wells. I was born and raised in Lisbon, but in the summer I would visit my relatives in the country villages and they had wells, which made me paranoid of falling in one of them. Don't use plastic on the floor weed cloth would be a lot better. When you cover it use a really good plastic so the sun doesn't destroy it and rain can't rip it apart.

You have a fabulous property -- the house -- the annex -- the patio -- and the lower terraces -- but you have no EASY way to access the land. I picture a set of steps coming off your patio to another smaller patio just big enough to hold a few chairs and a table along with your hot tub. That smaller patio would actually be the roof of a garden shed holding your riding lawnmower, garden tools, olive harvesting nets, etc. Off of that patio would be stairs leading to the land. Of course now you will say the Camera would consider that a project and would take 5 to 10 years to approve lolololol Oh well, it is an idea :o) Luv you guys and Andrew.

Do you have a new camera? Or, from the shadow we see, is it a new phone? Either way, I'm liking the new wide angle shots and improved picture quality. Thankfully, your dry humour is still the same. It must be amazing to plant winter crops in a polytunnel, allowing you to have fresh produce, year round. I'm guessing, in your hot summer, you have to grow any vegetables in shade.
