0:38 Ersatz is German for replacement, backup. The first syllable is approximately pronounced like air and the a in satz sounds like the u in suddenly.
It's exosister, that entire archetype is being carried by Martha. Outside of that and abusing its lack of a hard once per turn the deck tends to hard summon lock itself and lacks versatility when it comes to the extra deck line up.
Sometimes, compulsory evacuation device is all you need. There's a reason people call a dragon link end board that includes hieratic seals an FTK, and why kelbek when used as a handtrap can end the turn a quite a few decks.
So I haven't seriously played Yu-Gi-Oh since synchro was the new hot mechanic but sometimes something like 4:40 happens even I know is super silly and it feels amazing
Is it possible to make the turn count a bit more visible? Sometimes these combos have me lost and I forget which turn it it. Obvs if you don't want to I can't force anything
First 11 seconds of the video and I have to say: RedMage my beloved. Also Queer Dragun Djinn would be a good couple with Magikey Fiend, which I usually call "Trans Rights".
I'll do you one better, send two skull servants and a Galaxy Serpent for Batosbuster. Mafteal brings back the serpent if you started with Manju, else bring back a skull servant and use Maftea to turn Mafteal into Ansyalabolas. Make Curious, send Wightbaking from deck to GY.
when exosister throwing and not banishing loci lol how tf ppl doesn't know loci plant combo it's pretty popular in my point of view winning some tourney too
that exosister player made a mistake and could have stall if he wasn't greedy trying to top deck something to get martha and instead just stole teardrop, attack and change teardrop into zeus
@@thejakfan313 hey, it feels disgusting having to banish a weak normal monster with any effect. Give the poor dumbass some slack there. I won't deny that was the correct move, just saying I understand why they didn't go for that
@@mikewilson3346 Since the effect doesn't target he could've still take the benghalancer if he tributes teardrop itself, getting rid of Teardrop by any means is worth the effect and even if he tributes gibrine before he takes control of Teardrop, he could still attack (Benghalancer wouldn't be destroyed) and go into zeus, so he wouldn't get the card back and stall a bit, after all, princess need a rikka monster on the field, also, depending on what he had on his extra deck, he could've getting rid of it it by summoning something with it, better yet, if teardrop tributed itself, then the he could've taken Benghalancer and still have gibrine on the field, then attack for 4700, which is enough to make sunvine unusable, Benghalancer harder to use, but, if he had Lyna on his ed, then he could use Benghalancer as link material alongside gibrine, then summon it again to remove it from his opponent gy. unless you top deck Martha or Vadis, there's no reason at all to not take the a monster in this scenario. the only but might be whether his opponent decides to tribute a monster to take back the monster with the traps, which still is decent depending on what remains on the field by the battle face.
@@fortidogi8620 You reckon? Taking Queen to tribute Benghalancer? Would force the Rikka player to Princess her Benghalancer just to out her own Queen, effectively wiping their board.
The exosister player lost the moment they summoned Asophiel instead of Kaspitell, also, he should've at least tried to take Teardrop's control, at worst, the plant player would've tried to tribute teardrop to avoid them taking control of her, which still clear the field a bit but more importantly, it disables princess, if they successfully resolve, then could've tributed the Benghalancer (since it couldn't be destroyed) then attack and go into zeus to avoid giving the card back and do a lot of damage. Also not banishing the seed or Jasmine before it activates its effects was a mistake.
Literally how Edit: The deck is incredibly fragile and pretty reliant on getting Martha out and if they negate Martha, you lose. Your XYZ monsters have no real protection. If your opponent doesn't need to touch their GY, you're literally not going to do much of anything or if they do need to touch it and are somewhat strong, they'll just play through whatever you can do unless you really hit their choke points. Don't get me wrong, Exosisters can really pop off and are definitely a very viable rogue contender. But I don't see how they'd be "a cancer deck" unless you lost to it at one point.
