Another great video! I am going through a divorce and have been attending your “Commonwealth University” to learn all I can from you so I can supplement my income, you are such an awesome teacher! I recently opened my eBay store and have made a couple of sales! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us, you are helping me learn to be more selective in what I pick up, just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it will sell.
Not a garage sale but i picked up a baseball glove yesterday for 4 bucks at a thrift store. Listed it when i got home and it sold a couple hours later for 39.99. My fastest flip so far.
Watching sellers like Kat’s Treasure Hunter has shown us to NEVER pass up vintage lingerie. Probably should have checked out some of those labels Kevin. They can go upwards of a hundred or more! Great video, lots of good finds. 💕
Why wait till Halloween to sell all the Halloween stuff because it's what we call halfway to Halloween now Goth and darklings and Halloween 👻🎃 people are celebrating it now so put all your Halloween stuff up for sale now and for those who like Christmas they celebrate it christmas 🎄🎁 in July so you should sell lots now
That lady did not have a clue about what to ask for her items. It appeared that she was just wanting to get rid of things by giving them away. Kevin made out like a bandit at this sale.☺
@@carlosfg21 I did not mean it that way. Simply said, she wanted to give it away to get rid of it. Kevin just happened to be the one who benifited. He has the luck.
My guess is that is literaly what yardsales are for. Getting rid of items (In bulk) for a cheaper price, but they do the selling work instead of the seller
Today was one for the record books. I found a old Colman gold colored lantern for $5 at goodwill. When I got it home for more research I was floored. For some reason these single mantle “gold bond” lanterns go for between $700-$1200! Unbelievable score.
Kevin, the ghost holding the pumpkin at 10:30 is a better blow mold than the cat you got. The ghost is about $60 if plastic. It was made in ceramic too but its not quite as valuable as the plastic but the one in the box looks plastic. I'm not the whole way through the video yet but I hope you got it.
My 20years old son has lots of Neff guns and bullets and balls 15years old, he won't sell them, nor will he sell his Lego, vintage ×10star wars space ships and figures vintage things 70s for £70.00 When he was 9years old worth over £500
Some good finds ... I hear there is a app on google you can asked what a item is by taking a picture.... You most likely know about it? Wondered if that would pull up it? I know you know what you are doing....
That longaberger stuff you bought was hot in the 90s I’m from a town just around the corner from the former longaberger headquarters and the world famous big basket
I picked up a couple nice vintage super soakers a couple weeks back. One huge one for 3 bucks and a large one for 2. Don't think I'm going to sell them though because the new ones feel like they will break pretty quickly unlike these.
You leave an RAC lob wedge there and and a Face forward wedge there, but grap a tommy armour p/w? guy who wears golf hats and sunglasses on hats all the time doesn't seem to know his clubs lol
You got a ton of stuff obviously at that last sale - but those Carolina golf bags! Wonder what she wanted for those - I’d bet they’d prob do 150-200+ each
when I started watching you I thought you were cheap and always tried to get a better deal than was already offered. Then I watched your video on how you really have to penny pinch if you want to be able to make a living off reselling and I started to get it. Now I'm happy for you if you haggle and they go for it. I also really appreciate you talking so much "for us". Other resellers I watch don't do that and their videos are boring compared to yours. Thank you for being so entertaining!
One of the things some folks fail to realize when watching the final video is that even though Kevin's extremely knowledgeable & experienced there's still items he buys where he doesn't know the actual value until he looks it up after the fact. It would be nice if we could look everything up while we're out there but it's just not possible. I imagine he could do videos on things he buys that are absolute duds but not sure they'd be as popular as the ones he puts out. Glad to hear your view changed because too many folks don't factor in the countless things that go into doing it for a living & think everything is rainbows and unicorns when in fact we swing & miss plenty of times. He's definitely one of the good ones & not someone who's doing everything he can to take advantage of folks
‼️‼️Those White New Balance Mule's that you just Bought. Size "8-1/2,"Do you Still Have Them ? If so How Much ? Please Reply ASAP. It's now 10/1/23. Hope this wasn't an Old Video !! Thank's.🙂Just Looked, "4" month's ago.
You have a good eye for picking, that was a great video. Do you know what, I am starting out becoming a Picker and RU-vidr - due to being disabled after an accident - my partner helps me. We watch your videos and are amazed at what things you can pick up in the US, totally different here in the UK. Great video
I don’t know. I’ve been watching you for a few years Subscribed but lately with the money your making from all your endeavors it seems like you lowball/ take advantage of folks more often than not. Sorry for dissing but it’s right there in plain sight. D
I never take advantag of anyone. Everyone has a free will to decided to take an offer or not. I do not lie to anyone nor do I steal. My family is very generous to a bunch of people as well as a bunch of charities. How much money we do or don't make has no relevance on a Garage Sale negotiation. I'm sure you would agree with that. I get as much critisim for paying too much as I do for not paying enough. Hard to make everyone happy. Reselling is not an easy job and most people who attempt ot do this for a living need to get things as cheap as possible so I try to show that in the videos. I appreciate you watching.
Like the Tony Lama Boots, Garfield Clock and Plush, Laramie Super soaker, Gizmo Gremlin, Murano Vase, Black 🐈⬛ Cat, New Balance Shoes. Great Merchandise. Thanks Kevin Peace Out.
Wow on some of those items...some great finds! I had 2 sales while watching this video...one eBay & one Poshmark. Guess I'll have to keep your vids playing 24/7 for good luck 😂
If I were still doing Christmas Programs at my old school, I would snap up both of the snowmen and the Santa for stage props. The vivid coloring would look good from a stage.
No. It is a compilation of 3 older videos that have been compressed and re-edited. It is a commonwealth classic video. These will be appearing on the Garage Sale nation channel every Tuesday morning from now on.
And all he has to do is clean it, research it, photo it, store it, package it. Ship it, oh and pay the fees not to mention the risk of it not working or being damaged while waiting 3 months hopefully to make 50 bucks. Perspective
Hi Kevin great vid today! You forgot the gremlin plush guy really scary to look on your shelf! I hope you could use the Jeff Gordon t-shirt and Ape swim trunks sent you for auction may 31! Hope all goes great for you and family! Take care! JIMBO
Great sales! But you always find them. Did you cut out parts, where you looked at everything? There was a lot to look at & thought you would find more.
I just don't get it how you find so many yard sales. Around here people just do like one and done. I mean they don't have a bunch throughout the whole summer, maybe another one late in the summer.
