Old retired (disabled) female, here. Love these videos..I'm fascinated. Grew up on farm and avid horse rider, working hard, but eating very healthy. Tall and very strong. Also extremely hyper. Over the years, worked shoulder to shoulder with the men, and would go to the gym after. I found it addictive. A great way to burn all my energy. Today, have destroyed my hips, arthritis lower back. Pain every day..even just walking. But I would do it again. All my scars, my badge of honor. Much respect. 🙏

I once worked with an extremely buffed guy who claimed he never went into a gym. He worked in a furniture storehouse and he would load and unload 20kg packages with tables, cabinets and other stuff. When I worked there, we moved about 5t worth of furniture between trucks and the storage, in 3 days with 3 people. He would take two or four pieces at the time.

Humbled! - she could lift anything without even realising the rest of us were struggling. Because of her I got into fitness...but I could never lift what she did.

Pro lifters have no ego. They KNOW they are the best and that is how they get to be the best. Arnold used to destroy his competition by working out for longer and harder that the next guy. Watch "Pumping Iron" to see Arnold in action at his peak. Body building and power lifting are 2 different things altogether.

I realize that you will never see this but I wish I met you 25 years ago. I am a 62 year old disabled man who lost use of my right arm in an auto accident that left me a quadriplegic. Анатолий блин, смешно)))) Я только сейчас заметил что ты перетек в зарубежку, красава, очень рад за тебя. Огромное уважение и успехов. Я программист, много чахну за компом, физуха страдает. in a way you right. to utilize fully ur muscles u need to learn how to control them. this has to do with ur mind. people who dont do professional sports hardly know how to do it.
