I will certainly miss his chiptune music. Hope he comes back to it at some point in the future. This is some of the best music i have ever heard in my entire life.
This literally made my jaw drop and my head start bobbing on its own in like, what, the first 10 seconds? Pure and plain amazingness! Thanks for sharing! :)
Shemusic is legendary. I have no affiliation with them whatsoever and actually study classical music, but Poland or Sweden or wherever he lives, his work should be endorsed by the government. There is far too little good music actually being praised properly. And shemusic isn't good, it's _revolutionary_ in the field of chiptune. Ever since his first album, what Lain Trzaska (or whatever his name is) has actually broadened the frontiers of your imagination and opened up for new musical possibilities by combining new technology with old technology. It's creative. It's inventive. All the more awe-inspiring. Of course, being biased, I firmly believe that none of it compares to The Great Classical Composers in terms of writing and arranging, as does no music with a steady backbeat, save for perhaps some movements of 70 prog and influential jazz, blah blah, but it's all preference, which I'm sure not everyone share. :-)
Quality music is usually underground. Most people don't bother searching for good music and just accepts what comes from the radio. And the radio usually plays simple music with 3-4 chords in it.
Sounds like "Supersonic" was inspired by the opening music of Megaman 3. Also, "Memories" evokes strong memories of "In a Snowbound Land" from Donkey Kong Country 2! I was first introduced to She by a mash-up of these two songs when I was looking for remixes of the latter.
