Turn off radio and TV and it possibl social media and make sure what comes into you is high energy. Specially when you’re young and vulnerable. Great show once again.
Also not need to die to meet spiritual master, incarnated or non-incarnated, just need to go through a personal and spiritual development, growth and awakening...
Suffering is typical for Christian mysticism. It's a certain way how to start, go through and reach the enlightenment in this way. Of course, there are many other types and methods how to do that without suffering or at least have it like not a main topic... But what is important it can be done in 1 lifetime and not need to wait for another life or afterlife. Especially in this time of hard changes and catastrophes. Therefore in this lifetime we can jump, when we fulfil our life tasks, given to us before incarnation and for current incarnation, so we can move forward like we would have more lives at once...
