This judge is going to go to jail and should be disbarred immediately. The judge had the ex parte communication in the middle of a trial without notifying the defense. The defense attorney calls the judge on it and because the defense attorney won't stay specifically who notified him about the illegal ex parte communication, he was held in contempt and jailed for 20 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and a bastardization of the justice system and a miscarriage of justice.
