Hello I did do the double process that I the color she wanted and it was the exact color as the hairpiece. I’m not sure if the color looked different on your end

I just saw you bleaching I didn’t see you add the other color to it but if you did a double process great I understand that it was platinum the way I see it is this. You could have just done a platinum blonde and a 50 volume, it would’ve given you four lifts with a platinum you would’ve achieved the same color and not necessarily damaged the hair so much with the bleaching there is the double process that you said that you did which on the camera I may have been looking away at doing something else and missed the part where you added the colorso my bad.

She does not sound Jamaican....she speaks English well.

as a hair dresser you have to take into acount the shape of the client head facial shape skin tone modest style taking into account age factor i did not like it the colour it show the thin spots more a spice or dark aurban would have fit her complextion bettet and darker colour maked thin areas less visable the fade at the back was cut to high and above the ear it brought ot the fatness of her face and the little hair on her head made her fore head look bigger the hair clip on suits a younger person a pexi clip on which would cover both side as to the one side clip on would give a more modest look her facial ecpression after the cut in my view it not what she had in mind the cut was also off balance you could see some parts sticking out
