I went into a local gas/convenience store to use the bathroom and found $150 in cash laying on the floor under the sink.

i found $50. in our apt. parking lot one time. Yeh! Just so happens I was going to Wal-Mart that day, Oh, happy Days! If yu find one dime and two pennies, someone in Heaven is watching over you. I found One dine and two pennies in three different locations in three ongoing days, so I knew my mom and dad were blessing me.

I call those "tips" 😂

You should have given them to the house owner because they were theirs and technically that is stealing. I hate when ppl steal from ppl. Those are not tips they may be forgotten about but if you told the house owner im sure they would give them to you. But the $50 I hide cash sometimes around the house and I did hide some in my bed once ($150) I would hate to go looking for it when I needed it to find it missing would be terrible.

@@Magnet0730 but he's cleaning out the house. Like after a renter leaves and they trash the place. They don't hire clean out crews for a basic wipe down. They are hired for the big jobs. So if someone was lazy enough to leave their money in the filth then that's on them.

When I worked at Dollar tree someone left behind their full cart in a random isle and as I was putting away the stuff in the cart there was 3 scratch off tickets in it. 1 of them was a $20 winner, so that’s the karma they get.

@@LessThanThree76 Well, I lost my wallet on a solo overnight road trip to South Carolina, RIGHT AFTER getting fuel at like 4am, super tired, an hour or so away from my friend's house....and I didn't REALIZE until my bank phoned me out of an exhausted slumber and asked me about my card activity 😴🤔🤔 and also that somebody called saying they found my wallet on the way to Florida, and they were going to drop it off at a police station IN FLORIDA 🤯🤯🤯 ( I mean, nobody had the presence of mind on that call to say "maybe we should try to _call him now,_ and see if he answers the phone, because he's out of his mind looking for his wallet and meet up to have it returned" --of course, at the time I was sound asleep, none the wiser 🤣 ) >>>> fast foward almost 2 years later: It never turned up 😂 In there, there was cash, and _at least_ a $50 Home Depot gift card ( possibly one other gift card ) from Christmas 2018, and noone had the decency to mail me a note ( my license was in there, of course ) to say "thanks." 😑🤷‍♂️ Life goes on.
