I just watched Jamie in that acrobatic flight. Brother your a lucky man. She is bad ass and showed NO FEAR! Your blessed to have a partner that shares your love of aviation. Love the videos. Stay safe.
Jamie you rock, You just killed it girl, now I think you're ready for a ride with the Blue Angels what do you think? I am so proud of you it brought tears to my eyes when I saw you do that barrel roll all by yourself!
Had a great time flying with you guys, and I'm looking forward to more of the same in the future! From here on out the Lomcovak will be renamed to the Baklavar! 😂
Ha ha...thanks again Jared! One of these days I'll try to get up with you as well. I looked it up and there is a real Baklava...it's a Greek desert. :)
Go Jaime! I had tears of excitement watching this video. Brings back memories of my 3 years as an Air Force T-37 instructor doing all sort of crazy stuff. Jaime you are a trooper. Congrats to you both on 100k subscribers. Keep it up. You are sharing the joys of aviation with the world. Awesome!
@@310Pilot You had a Viper Ride ?!? Like when? Like how? Incentive flight back in Air Force? Why don't we know about it? Or do we? It would be awesome if you could share some footage if you have any.
@310pilot Kevin, I think you might be in trouble with Jamie revealing that piece of info, namely a jealous partner!! ;>) BTW Just saw the silver plaque. CONGRATS on reaching 100,000 subcribers, of which I am one. If I wasn't 70 and had decent eyesight(extremely nearsighted with cataracs, which are being surgically removed once the current corvina 19 restrictions are over), I might be a pilot too. Darn!!!!
I don't know how I found you guys. I don't fly and have never really wanted to, but there is something about flying with you that is so relaxing and informative. I have a friend who has flown and I'm passing these videos along to him. Watching out the window and hearing the hum of the engine makes me start to appreciate why people like you enjoy it so much. Quick story. Before I was married, I took my wife out to a local airport where they advertised a $5 starter lesson. I was out for a joy ride and wasn't really paying attention to the lesson. By the time we got in the air, the instructor knew I was just out for an experience, and proceeded to put us through some maneuvers to sort of "teach us a lesson" of another sort. I will never forget that day and neither will my wife. I'm lucky she decided to marry me after that stunt. Keep up the good work. I have subscribed and hope to join you through many more adventures. Congrats on exceeding 100k subscribers.
Between the sim time and clearly LOVING being on the stick for that acro, if that doesn't convince her to go for her full pilot ticket, nothing can! It was sure a surprise and a great treat to see her so willing to fly it herself! Keep it going! :)
So Jaime....Courage isn't the absence of fear, it is acknowledging that something scares the crap out of you, then moving forward anyway to face it. You have courage. Well Done. A couple other things...I think you are a natural with a stick versus a yoke. Watching the look on your face as you controlled the airplane was..well it was very cool. The smile was real. Kevin...I think it is time for you to start planning for a second pilot in the family, and perhaps even a second plane...a sport model, if ya know what I mean. You are a lucky guy. Very few of us find a soul mate who shares our passions. I have one too...we will celebrate our 40th anniversary in May. Congrats on the award!! I have been with with you for a couple of years at least, and feel almost like we are friends. Your videos are always well done and your love of flying, (and each other) is plain for all to see. When you do come west someday please find a way to let me know, would live to shake your hand and buy you guys a cold one, take you for a road trip around Tahoe.
Born in Aurora 1951 - my very first flight lesson (Cessna 152, Palo Alto, CA., 1974) was with an Aerobatic pilot / instructor. He owned a "Pitts" bi-plane. It wasn't long before he took me for a spin ... literally! Thanks for sharing your experience, Jaime! -RCK, Delavan, WI.
Wearing heels???? :-D Kudos to pilot Jerrod for his patience and professionalism with someone like Jaime who has never experienced that kind of flying before. AND SUPER KUDOS to Jaime for being Ms. Cool and showing her piloting skills. Jamie GET YOUR PILOT LICENSE!!!!!! Congratulations Kevin and Jaime on your 100K subscriber award. Great job and as always great videos!! :-)
CONGRATULATIONS on the Silver Award. I'm just curious, because I have taken a lot of people up for their First Flight and some for Aerobatics. I take it that the "meh-looking" expression on Jaime's face -- BEFORE -- was her "nervous-face", because -- AFTER -- she was all smiles.
Thanks Deadstick...we appreciate all the support from you guys!! I know her looks well and that was her nervous look (like almost everyone before their first acro ride) you could see soon after some maneuvers the smiles came out. :)
@@310Pilot Yeah, I thought so. It's interesting to see, since I don't know her. The people I took up, I made sure that they were OK with it, especially the ones that I didn't know very well. I was lucky, everyone I took up loved the ride and had that same smile as Jaime, after we got down. It's very satisfying to see.
I kind of saw that too, but I remember that look from an earlier video where she looks a little nervous. OVerall Jaime killed it, considering my girl won't step on the floor of the FBO at my airport!! Good job Jaime
@@troyjollimore4100 That's priceless! i'm trying baby steps with mine! She agreed that she'll give it a try ONLY on a Cirrus since it has the CAPS system! So guess what i fly!?!? :) Good Luck and here's to our better halves!
way to go on the Award,. and love the show flying corporate for over 60 years and now retired flying a cardinal for fun with my lovely co-pilot of 60 years and we love watching your flying when we aren't in the air. always flying Smitty
Freaking Awesome Jaime. WoW. Jared made it look easy but so did you. You performed those barrel rolls like a pro! Congratulations too on your RU-vid award. It is certainly deserved. Can't wait till you get your plane back in the air for more videos! See you guys soon!
Jamie, I'm so proud of you! You were so brave in that you allowed yourself to experience some maneuvers that very few people ever get to do. Saying "YES" to a Lamcovak was the real test of your moxy! Good job!
Omg. I was grinning from ear to ear the entire video! That was so cool! Definitely something I would love to do sometime. I've been to many airshows, but it's really cool seeing maneuvers like that from the cockpit. And that approach and landing was insane! So much fun to watch.
Wassup 310 crew, fellow retired F16 weapons troop here. I was in the 310th FS at Luke AFB and I was searching for videos from my old squadron when I happened upon your channel searching for 310 and I must say it's a pleasure to watch your professionalism and enthusiasm for aviation! If you ever have an itch for PC combat simulators, our virtual FW is always looking for new pilots. Falcon BMS, we fly the F16 only in our wing and we do it just like real pilots do: comms, mission briefing, mission and campaign planning. We have fun but our missions are as close to real world as possible with BVR A-A ops, formation flying at night, bad weather combat ops, also AAR and much more. Anywho, you guys stay safe and as always I'll be looking forward to your next adventure.
@@310Pilot Kevin, you'll never hear the end of it either, until you go up there and do it too just to shut her up, but then she'll say and I quote "but I did it FIRST!!!" ;>) Frank from PA
I have been watching your channel for a long while, so impressed with the quality , You make it seem as if we're in the cockpit with you all. You two are such a great couple. Jamie flying the 300 is So AWESOME, your channel is such a positive watch during today's trying times. No politics , no Virus just living life large and having fun. Keep it up
Jaime is my hero. I got ill doing stalls in a 152. I can't imagine -1 and +5. Seriously, you guys are great, always real and always fun to watch. Thanks for sharing.
This is a great video. Great fun for Jaime! And very well done Jared for managing the severity of the manoeuvres, taking care to check continually that his passenger was comfortable, and giving her control. I hear that the Extra 300 is an amazing aircraft. A legendary pilot I knew was taken up in one when he was around 80 years old; when I asked him how it was, he paused and said: "You can paint the sky with it!"
Don C -yessir! Hi-lo-Hi reconnaisance photo mission. 460 kts between hills at about 300 ft alt then pop up then on to acrobatics. Loops,barrell/aileron rolls etc. Never forget it.
Very cool Joseph! I did a bunch of G's in an F16 once (and a few other smaller planes along the way) and I agree. Positive is much much better than the negatives. :)
Yeah always remember some people have never had these experiences it hard not to come out with a big smile on your face, had two fun flights one in a T-38 the other in an F-4 loads of fun.
Loved her flight. I flew in the Extra 300 back in 2004 in Mesa Arizona. I actually did all the maneuvers myself. The loops were my favorite, especially when the stick shaker did its thing. It was wild. I made the mistake of having breakfast that morning. Once I got over the initial stomach issues, it was a blast.
I'm happy Jaime got to experience that and you to share in that with her. And you both deserve the plaque. Great people, great content! A winning combo. Looking forward to you two showing us your gold plaque in the future!
Congratulations Jaime and Kevin -- 100K subscribers is a testament to the enjoyment your videos bring to all of us fans. Thank you for taking us along for the ride!!
Another great video Kevin and Jamie. Congrats on the 100,000 subscribers! You guys have one of the best channels on YT. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of the fun.
Huge congrats on the Silver Play button... but the gold medal goes to Jamie for just being a good sport. She's an awesome lady and looks to me like she's not scared of anything!!!
Great job Jamie. I flew an Extra 300 1/4 scale rc and did all the maneuvers ya'll did. I always wondered how it looked from the inside of the plane. Now, thanks to you guys, i know. Great video. Safe flying.
This will be good! Added after watching.... WOW! Jaimie you handled that like a total PRO!!!! I'm so glad you finally said yes to taking the controls, especially when you did the barrel rolls!!! It was great to hear you say that was your favorite part! I was afraid you wouldn't do it at first but now you have such a great experience under your belt that you'll never forget! I know Kevin's very proud of you! I sure am!!! Great job Jaimie!!! Now for learning to fly yourself! CONGRATULATIONS on your 100,000 subscriber award!!!
Yep, just another fantastic video. You two are amazing. HEY Jaime NOT ONLY FLY'S a plane she DOES BARREL ROLLS. Way to go Jaime. Can't wait to see another video from 310 pilot.
Kevin & Jamie that was totally awesome! Thank you for sharing that flight! I was really amazed how well Jamie controlled that aerobatic aircraft. She did really well! Also congratulations on your RU-vid milestone! Very well deserved! Thanks again! :-) Don/NE Ohio
Jamie did a great job controlling that plane ! And , yeah, never eat food before flying like that or roller coasters ! Congratulations on the Silver Play Button! Great videos ! I can't wait to see the 310 in the Georgia Colors! GO Dawgs!!!
Jamie that was a terrific job you did! The pilot kept asking of your condition and you said let's do more. You are one tough person. Love all the vidieos of all of your adventures tougether. And the music is a good touch. Your vidieos calm me and bring back memories of flying days and relax me from all the outside noise. Cudoes to both👍👍👍
Wow... what fun. Guess that ride will put any kind of turbulence she experiences in the 310 into perspective, huh? Congrats on the Silver button, this really is such a great channel, thoroughly enjoy you guys!
Couldn't be prouder of Jaime. From not wanting to fly, to landing in the simulator, to going up with Jared, to doing her own barrel rolls! Impressive work, ma'am!
Oh Wow, What a Trouper! And the heels, the piece de resistance! You go Girl!.!.! ( : Congratulations on the numbers. Still holding our breath waiting to see the new paint. Thanks for sharing... 🏁🤣 ♥️🇺🇸♥️
New subscriber. Loved flying with you so far. Being a retired corporate jet jockey this really puts me back more years than I care to admit. Have flown hot air balloons, gliders, single engine, multi-engine, prop jets, and pure jets. Really enjoyed the acrobatic ride with Jaime and Jered. Jamie was fearless and Jerad was an excellent pilot/instructor! Don't ever get complacent , keep looking for traffic and enjoy every flight, for one day all this will be memories like mine.
Thank you for having me along! I have to say that I was smiling from the time you left the ground until you landed. What an awesome couple you two are!
What a great vid. I have never seen such a beautiful sky! Great pilot, telling her what he was going to do, checking on her after each manuever, asking if she wanted to fly the plane. Way cool!
Jareds explanations have been outstanding. That is how a pro should do it! Best way to get a save feeling. The passenger is a part of the action, not a fly on the screen.
Other than Landing a cessna in the 80's-90's era flying with my uncle -Truthfully NEVER watched or cared for aviation videos before But You Guys Videos are contagious and Very Addicting..awesome videos...Keep it Up! :)
Wow!!!! Great Job Jaime! Can't believe you did a Lomcevak on you first skro flight, Amazing!! The maneuver was invented by a Czech pilot at the world aerobatic championship in the late 1950's. Loosely translated it means "headache"!!
