There's no "debate". Don't touch anyone or their dog without permission.

As a wheelchair user, nothing rang more true to me than "Its like telling someone 'i need your wheelchair, get out'" like no. Service dogs are there for Medical reasons. People NEED them. Just because its not a lab like most people assume all service dogs are, doesnt mean its not a service dog!

Sick. Absolutely sick that people would attack someone with a service animal. That just pisses me off. 😠

Disabilities aren’t always visible. If someone has a disability plate or a service animal, just LEAVE THEM ALONE

So the lady is legit deaf to frequencies like sirens or crosswalks. Totally justifiable reason to have a service dog. Case closed.

It’s actually a federal offense to interfere with a service dog, or to attack a service dog.

My step mom had her foot crushed by a forklift and because it was at work, she got comp doctors. They fixed her foot but now her back needed surgeries as well. Some random lady had the audacity to call in her liscence plate number because my step mom does not look "disabled". People who have nothing better to do than harass people with disabilities have created the 8th circle in Dante's Inferno.

I'd rather see a service dog in the store than screaming,unruly children.

I have a friend that appears completely fit, and healthy. He is in his early 30s, and does not appear to have a disability, but he has a German Shepherd service dog that he takes everywhere. People make rude comments, and confront him sometimes because he looks healthy, and they don't think that he should have the dog. What those people don't realize is that he has a severe seizure disorder. His service dog is trained to alert him when he is about to have a seizure, and to protect him while he is indisposed. No one has a right to confront someone with a service animal, and demand to know their medical condition.

I saw that once a maniac push a handicapped women to the ground, her servicedog took action and bit his hand of, well I hope he learned......

There's no "debate". If the vest says "Service Animal", you have NOTHING to say to the handler.

there’s no “debate” if she needs the dog, she needs the dog. don’t approach, or pet, an animal without the owner’s permission. simple.

Why did this man take the issue upon himself? It was NOT his place whatsoever. He should have addressed the issue with the store manager.

To the man in this video: You should stay inside your home and have your stuff delivered to your house because you want to discriminate against people with disabilities.

That man sounds like a very punchable human being.

Another customer doesn't have the right to be aggressive, intimadating or to take away her dog. It isn't his store. He has the right to complain to the store management and leave that store. The issue of real or fake service dogs and the need for better laws is an entirely different matter in my opinion! Both issues are important!
