Good to see you learning new things and expanding your buisness Kevin, i really enjoy tagging along with you to garage sales, appreciate how you talk to us while picking, learn so much more that way, back to binge watching your vids for me lol
Thank you for shaking the ladies hand that had the dog. If I could ask resellers to do one thing it would be to recognize the ladies and shake their hands or give a fist bump just like you would the guys. It is the right thing to do. Respect!
That glass that is wrapped with applied ribbons (snake-like) is a process called riggori not sure of the spelling. ❤ The glass is all beautiful. You should have gone for the swung vases as well, their prices have gone up quite a bit in the last couple years! You got great deals on what you picked up.
The tall bottles were all missing the stoppers, definitely reduces what you'll get. Amazing deal on the empoli snifters. Shortchanged the guy $5 on cassette sale.
Think the blue vase is milk glass normally it’s in white. You’d have to ask Tim. Great Finds! The surgarland album price high you can always come down use to Roller skate to their music. They Rock!!!!!!! From the 70’s mid
I have several of those fire king coffee mugs from my parents and grandparents. I love them. They always make me think of them, sitting and drinking their morning coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker myself but, I am sentimental. That green is gorgeous. I have the olive green. That amber glass candle holder to the back right of the black phone, is homeco/home interior. I have the clear glass ones. I love them because they are such heavy glass and the design is gorgeous when a candle is lit inside. I bought mine from an actual home interior party at someones home. Telling my age. lol Someone in the family was a dealer, so I bought a lot of home interior at the time. I also sold tupperware at the time and you would go crazy over my tupperware collection. lol My mom passed away a few years ago and she had loads of tupperware as well. I now have totes full of it in storage, yet to go through it. You had a great haul of stuff today. Really enjoy your videos.
I'd have nabbed that Wile E Coyote mug too, for my own hoard. It looked about the right size for coffee. "Not many tag sales" is more than the two I found all weekend, one of which was a waste of gasoline. Found some estate sales selling mostly things I don't buy, and the two tag sales. Bought stuff at one of them. Cloth mostly.(LOL) Quiting addicts...fabric happens!
I know a few people are hollering about shorting that guy $5, and i also know you are a very honest man. I see no wrong in that sale cause they added it up, you said the price and asked if that was right and they had every opportunity to correct you but they didnt. So thats why im not saying anything cause i know once you find out and you will do one of 2 things. 1 is to think like i just said and feel they could of said something or 2 you will go pay him if you remember where he was at. I know ypu woll do the right thing añd it will the the same thing i would do.
I love your videos! Your garage sale and flea market adventures have instilled so much knowledge in me. I wish I had a little more confidence to ask for a better deal. Do you think prices are set in order to expect a negotiation? Thanks for all you do.
Greetings from Lake Arrowhead. Love your puppy love! 🐕 Noticed the Sugarland T has my birthplace, Evansville, Ind on it. Graduated from Central High School a long time ago. I love all of the Indiana glass you bought. God bless you and your family. 💜🦝
"ill maybe double my money. not really worth it" some profit is better then no profit. would that money make you any money just sitting in the bank? no..id empty my bank account for a double up.
Oh and don't worry about the genie bottles, they're really not worth much without their stoppers. There are obvious exceptions, like rare colors or cased bottles but none that you left had much value without the stoppers :)
I am wondering if the pretty blue vase with the hole in the bottom is actually a hurricane type lamp topper; recalling similar my mother had in the 70’s(?). Nice finds! Thanks for sharing.
Good Morning Kevin. Watch your sourcing videos. Do brass candlesticks sell for you? I just picked up 4 pairs of them. A mercury glass & brass set too. Paid $3 or $4 for the pairs.
I would be looking at that piece that looks like carnival glass with a lid the entire top piece. I think that you could sell that much more than $20 . A lot of these are missing the lid. Please research that it could fetch $50 to $65
One of the things I like about you is that, for as long as you been doing this, you’re not afraid to say that your not sure about some of the things you find. Like the glassware. It makes me want to learn right along with you. And of course we have Tim as a teacher. 🖖
Poor Kevin you will never get over not paying that man enough I'm sorry but I know everybody noticed it and they wanted you to know sorry Kevin everybody's entitled to mistake God bless you and stay safe
