Mainecoons are also super intelligent. Mine observes everything we do and tries to mimick it. He started scratching on doors to "knock", opens cabinets, learned voice commands and words, etc. It's also fucked up, but me and my boyfriend tested out something with him that we noticed. If we spoke about him without using his name, he would always look up and have this face like "why are you talking about me". We tried talking about other people, he didn't respond, but as soon as we go "remember when he did this"(referring to something the cat did)and he perks his head up. It's messed up.

I am animal seller you want cats I have many cats. Yes that one has stripes like tiger perhaps have this little white one instead. Only 25% as dangerous I had this cat when I was baby we would hunt together many times. Babushka says don't come back until pale is full be it rabbits mouse does not matter. It was fun child hood.

Mainecoons were always a large species they originated in Maine one of the main cats created in the United States Originally the MaineCoon was a cross breed between the Norwegian Forest Cat and some random cat from the Americas/Canada we don’t know. Obviously Norwegian the originals from Norway, why do their animals look like that idk you’ve got Norwegian elkhound -elk deer bears and wolves and lundehunde - puffins/birds (so large game vs avian game endurance vs soft bite) made to handle extreme cold and handle hunting it’s likely the Norwegian Forrest Cats also hunted pests to small scale other animals (yet because of there size a lady or child could hold the animal for warmth as it’s so fluffy. Kinda why some really small lapdogs are also extremely fluffly.) and many random cats in the US have mainecoon traits as mixing them with barn cats usually helps for summer/winter pest control. Or mixing them with medium/short hairs produces a litter with usually medium long always shiny hair and a slight size increase altho that’s dependent upon genetics and runts/smaller kittens are also normal they still have traits of maincoon and some of their kittens might randomly get big.

Hopefully not 😂 Btw the way she is holding the cat makes the cat look bigger. I am also always amazed how long my mom’s cat is when he is chilling on the couch and he is as far as we know a normal housecat. A part from that the ton of fluff a Maine coon comes with also let’s them appear to be even bigger than they already are

My cat is an average sized cat, but you can imagine my shock when he dragged a monitor lizard twice his size by the neck across the neighbours lawn while it was still alive!

Our Maine Coon brought us feisty live mice and small birds. She wasn't this large, but she was a little bigger in terms of weight than she should have been. We were actually surprised she was agile enough to hunt birds. But alas, she was.

Ours came back with hare once. I still don't know how she managed to drag it back. She is only half-main coon and not nearly this size. She used to be quite clumsy when we got her, but she grew to be very competent and keen hunter. Her main favourites are mice(smaller the better), small birds and on occasion lizards and weasels. She has also eliminated rats which have tried to move to neighbourhood. She doesn't like to eat them, but she makes huge fuss about catching them and wants praises.

Our male cat was 1/4 main coon, he stopped growing at 3 years old and was easily twice the size of normal cat.

She will end up with a lion 😂
