NOTE: When I said 'height requirements are just suggestions' I don't mean that as a fact, I say it as a joke (and for clickbait purposes ngl). The height requirement is there for a reason (that being you have to be able to reach the overhead bins for emergency equipment, which is why the reach requirement is a thing for some airlines). I say in my videos that it is HARDER for you to get in the airline below requirement, that much is true. But what I push for is that it's NOT IMPOSSIBLE. Not everyone will get the job, but there will be a handful who will be considered exceptions. That is all.
Some things I forgot to mention:
The next step after the impact interview is the Initial Medical and Exam. The Initial Medical is where they just check your weight, height, and sight. Some people get turned away at this point. After Medical, it's the Exam. If you pass the Exam, you get to go on to the next two interviews. The Exam is just full of basic math, logic, language, and some customer service scenarios.
You'll face rejection and criticism, I get it. At our height, it's a crazy concept, but it is possible. I am not the first and will definitely not be the last. What's important is you keep trying.

Hi! I don't think so. Looking at you and your achievements are reasons enough to hope. In a really good way. I am a cabin crew as well who sometimes talk to aspirants about our job. Parang nagkaroon ako ng hope na makapasa ako kahit 5'1 lang din ako 😩 pero ngayong quarantine sinusubukan ko pa rin talagang mag exercise at uminom ng vitamins to stay healthy and to gain height na rin kahit mag 5'3 lang bago ako mag 18. Then also I'm trying to gain my confidence in speaking english because everytime I speak in front of many people, I get so nervous. Usually, people reached their maximum height at the age of 18 but there are others who got growth spurt at their early teens (this often happens to some girls during puberty). In other words, height is always correlated to your genes. Also, lifestyle and nutrition are just secondary factor.

Yes it is! I’m Australian and some airlines have different requirements. I’m 5’1 and some airlines require me to reach 210cm on bare feet and some require only 180cm. Always check many different airlines requirements. They also look for a good personality so if you have that you can do it!

Hi! I do have coworkers who didn’t go to uni but I did. I took up AB Interdisciplinary Studies (Theatre Arts and Communication Arts) at Ateneo de Manila. But your course doesn’t matter :))

Hi, may can you give like an idea of the unusual answers that would really wow them? Did you also try applying in cebu pac or other airlines? Im afraid bec with cebu pac thats the initial verification they do is to check the height atleast 5'3, if you are below that then you're out right away. Is it not the same with pal?
