Yes, yes, Danielle was outstanding and the horn was a nice change up, but I'd like to recognize the guitar work on this one. The left-right note exchanges in my headphones was very satisfying and they managed to squeeze in some tasty little runs and licks when given a few beats to themselves.

I was a kid when mom would play this song. She loved it and so did i. I had no inkling what the lyrics meant at the time and never really did but the melody and music appealed to me. Until almost 35 years later, a grown man, with ache in my heart, i now feel this song.

Love the double french horn. The guitar player on the left is watching the lead guitarist to see what chords he is playing. Great arrangement, great musicians, great improvisational guitar. Such talent in this world.

Dannielle Deandrea is one of my favorite singers. Thank you Jack and Ryan for bringing her into my purview. This recording is so magical. The beautiful interplay between the guitars, the amazing french horn and how it blends with Dannielle's voice and how she blends with it... Ryan, I'd love to hear you talk about what it feels like to be in a small room like that with great musicians and a singer like Dannielle. I get such goosebumps observing through a screen and I can only imagine what it feels like to be part of a live take like that. Thanks to all involved for the deep deep chills.
