Bruh, that was easily the most perceptive reaction I've seen for this song. What hits me hardest about NDA is that it's so present tense. Billie's other songs are set in the past, stuff she lived through. Everything about NDA is still going on for her as I type these words, with no relief in sight. I swear, the girl's gonna break me.

Really like your evaluation. For me, there are certain people whose energy fascinates me. This happens in my day to day life. The fact that I feel that fascination for Billie Eilish is amazing. Her vulnerability in her music is amazing. She seems to be feeling the emotions expressed in th songs whether in her music videos or her live performances. That must be incredibly draining for her.

The album called “Happier Than Ever” is going to drop on July 30, 2021. The other songs she has released so far are “Lost Cause,” “Your Power,” “Therefore I Am,” and “my future.”

I know you said it’s almost like she feels like she has everything but she still Not Happy but then that goes against the title of happier than Ever but if you look at the album artwork for the new album there’s tears going down her face she’s actually crying

I am a reader as well. Music is the mode in which I relate to the world around me the most. Its an interesting way to react to art on yt, you are the first of our kind I have seen do it this way. Good luck. I will continue to read you read whomever. Tash Sultana is an artist that I would highly recommend. Especially when the moment happens that whatever your reacting to has an energy you can't shake off. If you do look her up, Tash. Do the live version. She"s amazing. Left of the dial for sure.

I also read into this song some of the current toxic fandom surrounding her. She's supposed to be in a better place but others don't want her to be, they want to keep her in a box, believe she needs to be a what they want her to be without recognizing she is her own person, growing and changing, as we all do in life. This turns the fame into this darkness, a push and pull, with the actual stalker, etc. Fame hit her so hard she saw stars and also stars. Being so young and hitting this sort of fame and still trying to be true to yourself and manage all the expectations of others around you.

Hey there, love this video! Fun fact, at the end of the song, when the beat starts to get upbeat, thats the start of her song “Therefore I Am” ! It’s a very smooth transition!

If you know anything about billie, then you know that she's too humble to belive that she alone saved somebody's life. I was referencing a Spiritual Healer. I believe that billie is one (just mental health type stuff). To be a healer and not know it can cause mental health issues for her, if she isn't practicing closing off and getting rid of all the depression she is inevitably absorbing.

What a great reaction!! It's cool to see someone come at it with a different energy perception. My perception is, this isnt about a person. I though that at first. It took me a minute but I feel like this is about fame and success perhaps?? ..."Take it too far", ..."sold you my heart", Cause she "saw stars". Having to have extra security. That's fame. Her stalkers behind her. Cause of fame. NDA's. Cause of fame, and people that can't keep it shut. Lol The whipping cars coming at her like success happening and blindsiding you. even though you may want success it's still not a normal life. Takes adjustment. Then them coming from behind but as support that she took control of. Well that's what I got. But that's why I love Billie. She evokes something for anyone. The song transitions smoothly to the next song on the album "Therefore I Am", the lyrics mentions 3 song tittles from other singles of the new album ("Getting Older", "Didn't change My Number", & "My Future")✨, there's people behind her in some part of the video that go away when she looks (fame/stalkers/paparazzis), and the video is just one take and uses no CGI 👀 I loved the reaction ❤️❤️ the song is 🔥🔥

Billie have become trapped in her fame and surrounded by "enemies". Seems nearly all the greatest artists, are some kind of haunted souls. These strong emotions are turned into art. Some one like Janis Joblin had a horrible private life all her life. She was heavily bullied in school and even her parents always thought she was a fail. The boose and drugs were her way to remove some of the constant feeling of being alone.

Do you have any advice on how to control empathic energy? I am unsure if I am, but I feel intense emotions on the daily. Simply listening to music can cause me to feel these intense emotions and it can be so overwhelming especially dealing with anxiety and depression. I appreciate any thoughts and advice thank you.

I think when she's saying"did I take it too far, when I sold you my heart" I think she's more referring to fame, and everything that comes with it. she maybe feels like she let the world into her life too much. just my opinion though 😊
