I’m not gonna lie, her party animation is awesome. One of the best in the game to me.

Triple DPS with Chevreuse is underrated. Her personal buff has infinite uptime, so you can buff all 3 of your DPS throughout the whole rotation, unlike Bennett. The 2nd rotation is also a lot easier to set up since all characters that can snapshot already receives the buff from the previous rotation.

You missed that her c6 stacks up to 60% dmg bonus! Not just the base 20%!

It took 70 wishes to get her, but i managed to dodge another yoimiya or any 5 star, so im really happy

i was only aiming to get C0 Chevreuse and C0 Raiden this banner. I ended up winning 50/50 early on raiden so i did another ten pull for chevreuse, and i pulled double 5 stars. so i just went for it and now i've ended up with C2 Raiden, C6 Bennett, And C2 Sara.

When you want Chevreuse but Nahida is coming next banner 💀…

I got her in 7 pulls!!! Even in over-world, she is actually fun for exploration because her skill heals. Usually pyro team consists Bennett (need to burst to heal) and I always like my team fully healed so having to not worry about characters burning from the grass and feeling comfortable that I can heal with Chevreuse makes me so happy ✨

friendly comment as someone who watched the stream, i was able to know what you meant when you say this or that character works well or doesn't on specific teams, but i fear some of the pacing could be better written to highlight which scenarios you mean. You did really thorough testing and found a bunch of characters can work great but it varied depending on exact setup, and i fear which exact setup you meant wasn't as clear as it could be if someone went in without having watched the stream, when exactly certain characters are great with chevreuse and with just a single change to the team they are not so much/better option arise for otherwise similar team. main take aways still get through i could just see some being a bit unsure if they are new to genshin and struggling as is to keep up with all the characters

Ok so I hadn’t heard anyone mention the razor team before this video and having got c6 chevreuse I absolutely had to try it and it was unironically able to clear first half of this abyss 12 without any of the chambers going over a 1:30 clear time. Actually the funniest thing ever I love chevreuse so much lol

C6 Chevreuse is a solid option if you're aiming for C2 Ei. Because you'll likely get C2 Ei with how many pulls it will take to C6 Chevreuse.

I think people sleep on Thoma especially at C6. Sure he won't be comparable damage-wise to Bennett in Yoimiya teams with Chev but his C6 buffs normal attacks dmg whenever his shield is refreshed. I think he's a more comfortable pick than Bennett because he provides a shield for Yoimoya's attack rotation because of his interupt resistance.

I would like to challenge the notion of her being a bad overworld character because that hasn't been the case in my testing. - Firstly, while it's true that the overload reaction isn't ideal for trash mobs in general, that's because you're comparing it to the Abyss (where you're on a timer) and enemies are waaay weaker in the overworld than in the Abyss, even at world lvl 8. This means that the majority of enemies will die before the knockback even becomes a nuisance. - Secondly, Chevy's healing is great for the overworld if you aren't using Furina. It almost has permanent uptime, is on her skill instead of her burst, and it can even trigger without needing to hit or dmg an enemy! Often I find one or two of my characters having lost a bit of health after a combat encounter in the overworld if I fail to dodge an attack or two at the end. Just switch to Chevy and tap her skill to fire off in the distance and then switch back to your injured character to heal them. You won't use up your overcharged ball if you have one as long as you just tap instead of hold. - Thirdly, Chevy's passive reduces sprinting consumption by 20%! Unless you're using Yelan or constantly eating stamina reducing food, this passive can be felt and is super helpful. - Lastly, running her on Nobless and primarily building her for hp means you can forgo using Bennett in your overworld team. His buffs + Chevy's are overkill in the overworld anyway. Also, who wants to play circle impact in the overworld? On top of that, I've been using her in teams that aren't strictly pyro and electro either and even though she does not shred resistance, her healing, ATK% buff and high dmg multipliers still makes her a very valueable support to run regardless. All in all, don't be dissuaded from using her in the overworld, even in none strictly pyro and electro teams, just because her performance in the Abyss isn't ideal in those scenarios. She's a fantastic unit, even at C0 (Tbf my testing was done with a C2 Chevy, but the difference is negligible). Content creators seriously need to do a better job at distinguishing between the realities of the Abyss and the overworld and which features and components are more useful in each. For example I like Zajef, but even he gets seriously blinded to anything that isn't the Abyss and characters get quickly dismissed if they aren't helping you clear faster. He uses the argument "everything works in the overworld" which is a clear deflection of the gameplay experience of the overworld where convinience and ease of use is much more important than power.

Got her to c2 in the course of wishing for yoimiya. I think people underestimate how good she is paired with yoimiya as the overload reaction loses a lot of its drawbacks when you don't have to chase after your enemies. I know vape yoimiya is meta but hydro is spread pretty thin on my account so anywhere I can lessen that is welcome. Also pairing yoimiya and Chevy with raiden is actually really good. Raiden procs instant overload all the time so the buff is never not active and yoimiyas burst can help buff raidens burst during downtime and can change up the rotations a bit. Overall she is an absolute blast to play and while I know I could probably do more damage with my yoimiya on a vape team, I just am having so much fun with her on a Chevy overload team

I really liked her in the story event so I was thinking about wishing for her and building pity, but if she doesn't really pop off till later cons, Im not falling into the 4 star wishing trap with Nahida coming up. Thanks for another great video!

My Yanfei still carries me against most world bosses, and has ever since the early game. I honeslty use her more than Yoimiya. Yanfei is my favourite Pyro DPS period. Even at C0 she rocks.

I was wishing for Chevreuse and got her to c1. I also got my Raiden to c2 which wasn’t what I was aiming for but you know whatever works.

For DPS chevreuse 4p golden troupe is still BiS since even though you don't get the off field portion you still do get 45% skill damage which will out perform any 2p2p combination.

I’m surprise her kit turned out to be decent and I’ve already gotten nine stars With an overload team. Unfortunately I pulled about 10 copies of Sarah and only two of her. They really need to give us the option to choose which four-star we go for.

for a quick swap style team where she's one of the main dps would she not be able to make pretty good use of the other artifact set that came out with Navia? The Song of Days Past effect has a low cap on the heals and the effect is a decent buff on a couple of burst or skill shots. It feels like she'd be pretty good with it if there's a team that could run her with it

I tried with Razor well invested + Benny C6. Let's say that Razor is dependent on his burst and Benny's zone. It works fine, but not so well with mobile enemies. Best team with Yae for sure.

So, I doubt that Jello will see this, but I wonder if anyone else can help me understand. Is 4 piece Crimson Witch not worth it on Chev? It feels like with the 4 piece bonus increasing your Pyro bonus being able to stack up to 3 times, and her Cons allowing her to use her skill up to 3 times in a row, then this seems like a really good set on her. Is it not worth it and better to have 2pc-2pc?

Yesterday I cleared the same half of the abyss with Razor, Bennet, Fischl and Chevruse and it went amazing! I don't have c6 Chevruse and I just switched Razor's and Cyno's artifacts so it wasn't really specialized but DAMN it was fun man!

8:00 in, double element carry is already a thing! I run my Kaeya with C6 bennet and Melt with his own damage. I've been clearing floor 12 for several rotations with it so its quite usable.

Hey jello! I think you should try bennet with noblesse and chev reuse with song of days past. At c6 chevreuse can maintain 100% uptime on the set and can always cap the healing quota, but she has to be built for healing. You can probably see the difference with the yae team, even if your chev isn't build for dmg, you mantain more uptime on bennett's Q and onfield yae will hit like a truck

I'm aiming to build Chevy to lean into an Overload Driver/DPS, I'm going to build her with EM/Crit on either Crimson Witch or maybe TF for more Es, I'll aim for enough HP in sub stats to get her to around 20-25k HP, then give her Staff of Scarlet sands to give her some attack for her EM(Works best with C2+). Team wise, C6 Bennet, Kuki with Full EM TF set, and Fischl with Elegy.

I'm 79 pity right now without guaranteed and saving for C6 Neuvillette but I really love Chevreuse and I want to play her. I have c0 Raiden and no Yoimiya. Should I pull and on which banner?? I have a highly invested Raiden but also Yoimiya's signature weapon...

Did a few 10 pulls with much fear since I have a guarantee (random Qiqi at 15 pity last banner) and managed to get her. Time to see how to build her.

Finally, have my C2 Raiden. It was a bittersweet victory though since I only got 1 Chevreuse. Bennett was such a stalker. I'm probably C12 with him now. 😵‍💫 I already had him C6'able last year. 120 wishes after previous built 62 pity got me C3rd Jean, C0R1 Raiden, C4,5,6,7th Kujo, C2 Chevreuse, a rust, 2 fav swords, 1 sac swords, 1 sac geatswords, a Charlotte, C4,5,6th Bennet, 3 fav codex, a fav bow, a fav spear.....this banner has been truly lucky for me to have in terms of characters and weapons.😁😁

I honestly hope we get more characters with passives like her’s and nilou’s. Every character does not need to be able to do everything. If you don’t want to play those teams then don’t nobody is holding you at gunpoint to do so

I did raiden, deluk, benett and the new one. It felt quite nice

C6 Kujo Sara works really well with her for certain teams to the point that you don't need to run Bennette. Keep in mind though it is better to use her with quick swap characters or characters that snapshot (I.E. Yomiya who takes a lot of field time won't have her buff for the full duration, but Yanfei who is more quick swap friendly you can swap back out to get the buff). Also Thoma built with full EM is viable for overload damage if you can keep a consistent electro aura on enemies. I particularly liked a team of Chevreuse, Sara, Raiden and Thoma. Overloads were doing consistent 17k damage from Thoma and it freed up Bennette and Xiangling to be used on another team. Xiangling admittingly probably does do more damage over all, but this is a decent alternative.

Very happy to have gotten her incidentally while wishing for Raiden.

How does Rightful Reward compare? I've just started to build her and that's what I'm putting on her for now. HP, a bit of energy, decent base attack... it looks like it ought to be decent.

I got her on second pull and Raiden on 12th (82, won first 50/50 after 5 losses). Now I will use them for Klee Chevreuse Raiden and Bennet.

How does she not buff overload? She shreds electro and pyro resistances. Overload damage is Pyro damage so it'll do more from the res shed.
