Dear. U should make lhafing on big gas which we usually used in restaurants becoz u dont need to stream lhsfing for long time. Its cook in only 1.30 minutes. Plus if lhafing becoming hard then either your lhafing paste is thick or u keep very less time to cook. So focus on tat ok. Bytheway dear white aata also become lhafing becoz most of south sheechak makes lhafing by white aata. I m giving u suggestikn becoz i m also lhafing seller.

Hi pema don’t give up did you put TURMERIC and leave overnight? Maybe that’s why You can leave without turmeric overnight but if you put turmeric live in one night all few hours, then it’s gonna be no good you can put that right before you make. OK good luck hope getting better.😊
