Alcohol is FLAMMABLE!!! Never use in close proximity to any tool that emits heat, even if the alcohol is dry! Residual remnants can cause a flame up. I can't believe the operator would even use alcohol with a Bovey! Carla, you are a Rock Star!!!! You remained calm and cool headed!!!

With as many skin tags as that you would do better to see a dermatologist for Lazer treatment and chemical peels.

I bought one of those myself and have done my own, but the key is using numbing cream beforehand. I couldn't tolerate it without it.

My hair was sent on fire at the doctor's office when removing skin tag. Lucky my hairdresser fit me in the same day. Took several visits to fix hair

I know this might sound strange, but I put a piece of grey duct tape on each skin tag and leave it for awhile. When I take it off, the skin tag comes off too !!!

Alcohol is very flammable but it takes awhile for the skin to feel it immediately because it eventually dries off. There was always that one kid who would do dumb shyt like dip his hand in alcohol and set it on fire, but never got burned. However, I would never recommend this, but at least you got it on camera.

Then she blamed it on the alcohol. A doctor would have burned the moles with liquid acid.

Here only doctors can actually do such a thing.
