Once, my frickin’ retainer fell out or sum idk, and i was chillin’, as one does, playing Animal Crossing or something of the like and i just randomly found it. I just went like “…oh.” And then just popped it back into my mouth. Told my mum later and I don’t think she really cared much, she was just like “okay.” And then just moved on with her day.

Sometimes I don't find my retainer in my mouth when I wake up, only to find it somewhere on my bed because my tongue didn't like it in my mouth and pushed it out 🤣🤣

Retainers are hard to have in BUT WHEN YOUR SLEEP WALKING?? You gonna lose them in your sleep walking because you do things you are unaware of..
