Thanks to everyone who has been watching, liking, commenting, and also sharing, and also those who are watching for the very first time. I had the same copyright issue I had with the last video, I had to delete it and re-upload again. But I have figured out how to use RU-vid studio app to check out for copyright before making it public so I won't be having this issue anymore 😅

Was that really her own Mother? Her sister too was very ignorant.

This is no surprise. African parents really do act like that. Especially the moms. When I got pregnant, I got the same treatment from everyone in the house which caused me so much stress that I had my baby early. I wasn't allowed to rest during my pregnancy. I was forced to continue working and going to school up to the day she was born. To top it off, I had to go right back to school and work the next day. I had to have a trusted friend help me with babysitting. I finally got out of that environment and never looked back. Come to find out that my sisters who also gave me hell ended up being alcoholics with kids from broken marriages that don't respect them. The funniest thing is they complain about how difficult being a single mother. Well, no shit Sherlock! My daughter is now fully grown college student about to graduate. She has her own place, a job and is successful. I always said to myself that I would never treat my daughter like how I was. While she was growing up, we became close and I never had to worry about anything with her. She is super responsible and independent. We talk daily

Beautiful story, but I don’t think it was realistic that LaLa forgave her Mother and Sister so easily. It would make more sense if she would have forgave them “in time” instead. Such evil treatment leaves deep wounds, too deep to just forgive instantly. Also, it seems that they only asked for forgiveness because LaLa’s boyfriend came back for her? Or because he wanted to do right by her? That’s just so shallow and non-genuine. Like I said the story was great, but I’ve seen way too many African tales where the good characters forgive the evil ones so easily, and in a snap. It just irritates me, LOL!

Forgiveness doesn't have to be always hard. If you understand that you've already won, then there's no need to hold on for too long when you know you'll eventually forgive them. It's not irritating. That's how we are supposed to forgive cause Christ never delayed forgiving us, else we would have all perished.
