So in the end they have A happy ending. Makes me happy. All chinese drama have the same story line. Just different actor and actress. Having beautiful or pretty actress Make a lot of difference. I cannot watch ugly actress it take the joy out from watching. Agreed a bit long winded. Too much conversation. But I love the happy ending. Love to watch these quarrel Scene. Ha, ha, ha.😂 Appreciate all actors and actresses involved. Thank you.
Chinese drama: someone has one scar, wears a mask, or a new mole on their face omg they're a whole new person that can't be recognized. Hahah let me not talk because I'm too invested and addicted to these dramas.

But by the next episode they have forgotten about this fact and starts calling her names again about smelling like a beggar
When a villain hits or slaps a prota and the prota slaps back, why does the villain act surprised and say “you dare to hit me?” 😄 I find that very amusing, cuz do they think they are the only one who knows how to slap? 🤣. That scene is overly used…writers, please make a change.
EVERY SINGLE TIME. What's more the villain is the one who wants to hit first and then when they are struck the first words out of their mouths "you dare hit me?"

People don't seem to think logically in these dramas. If the mother in law always looked down on you and steps on you, would you marry her son and have that for life. Also, after spending years together, do one not know anything about the other person at all. 17:29 do people not have front door to their homes. Can someone literally just walk in to your house without knocking. Or was she and her bodyguards hiding upstairs in the bedroom.

Actually the only best part here is the early part. It shows how good the female lead in martial arts but after that there's no more interesting scenes .This drama is not worth watching for , so boring there's a very, very loooong argumentation til the end which is normal in a Chinese short film👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.

But let me say just one thing; when l was using the fast forward button (heavily), l landed on the scene at the banquet where the, so called elites and royals of the city were holding a knife to a child's throat threatening to scar her face if her mother didn't bow down to their authority. The richest people, the so-called privileged and powerful holding a knife to a child's face? Could these 'elites' be any more vermin than cutting a child up to satisfy their lust of control? What a crock of shit!
While they all suck, this is ine of the better banquet hall dramas. The pacing and staging was good. And acting was great. I felt those slaps through the tv! 😂😂
You already know the original husband is a loser if he has gotten to the point of having money and hasn’t convinced his wife to either quit working or upgrade her job. Couples should work as a team to better each other, not just one or the other. And, personally, I would have chosen the assistant over the ML protagonist. The assistant is quite the looker. LOL

FL is a fierce fighter, she single handedly knocked down about 6 thugs at the building site but can't stop her ex's lover grabbing her child by the throat and threatening her if she doesn't kneel her daughter will not survive and in a later scene her mother-in-law grabs her mother's valuable bracelet right off her arm and she can't stop her, WHAT A JOKE WRITERS
Too much talking over the same issues. Could have used the daughter or returned first love and his five years of waiting. Hope part two give us answers.

This FL is useless and pathetic.....it must have been a twin sister at the beginning of the drama with the toughness and martial arts skills, because after that the FL was weak and pathetic, watching her young daughter get choked, having her face cut up, and just standing there and doing nothing about it...not to mention her exhusband was just about to cut up his own daughter's face and she did nothing to him at all afterwards.....she's all tough talk and no action..even till the end...her being the Lord of all ? What a joke...couldn't even fight her way out of a paper bag or defend herself for peanuts...just stands there copping abuse all the time.....the actress playing the FL is not convincing either....
This was the usual rich girl kicked out of wanna be rich family with a few differences..didnt like the threatening and abuse of the child part at all! The ex husband is not good looking at all and thinks he is Gods gift to women..ugh! There is too much blah blah blah at the banquet all the rich preening about how wealthy they are. Again threatening a child!! And couldn't they find a cloth vail that actually hid her face...seriously there was one strand of beads over the middle of her lips when ex husband caught her as she fell..and he supposedly can't tell its her! Ridiculous! Its too bad that she did not use her fighting techniques on him as he bad mouthed her and tried to oppose her. Very unsatisfying ending, he just gets to run away. Pretty much a waste of time watching.

The whole 2 hrs of drama is funny 1 scene long nonsense arguementation, bragging whatsoever that made me feel so dizzy and irritated. Villain acted so chessy I don't know I just found it to be so funny with those gestures. I still remember how highschool teenagers wrote just the same storyline. Script writer needs to be more creative instend of making the same story all over again, we so fed up of the same storyline. CEO and weak girl, torture, violence, bullying and bragging. What the hell! 🙄

I cannot understand how FL beat up all the bad guys, but was unable to stop mother-in-law snatching the jade bracelet of her wrist then smashing it. WTF, huge contradiction. Her bodyguard did nothing as well.These dramas are consistently about the bickering (3/4 through) and not about the giving us some content that we can enjoy. On the upside, the FL worked well, with a poor script
