I know this for a fact because aside from Dan Bilzerian, what guy above 40 gets hugs from women who aren't family? Most married men can't even get their own WIFE to hug them....this is fact. And this is because men are at their peak in their twenties. Once you reach 30, it goes downhill from there and by 40, women won't even look at you anymore.

i have hella bad social anxiety i’ve been dealing with my whole life and lofe has hella helped me try and put myself out there more it’s good to see other people with anxiety do stuff like this and get better with it
I think if you wanna improve that here are some Tips: delete instagram and snapchat and go to places alone like cinema,mall whatever u might wanna do and hang out with like one Person thats super out of pocket( they have no shame)😂enjoy

Denise's husband doesn't have anxiety, but his own wife doesn't even hug him, so I'm sorry, but for Lofe to claim he has anxiety when he rizzed up Denise (a woman like three times his age AND married) just isn't true. Man I have been watching your videos and sharing your stuff with friends ever since I started watching you. One of the things I always noticed was that sometimes you absolutely do appear nervous and awkward. I have made the statement to my friends that I think you may have social anxiety and how cool it is that you still put yourself into these public social situations even though you most likely have that anxiety. To hear you talk about it a little bit and confirm it is pretty cool and inspiring, you have something that could effectively shut you down and cause you to be uncomfortable in situations, yet you face it and push it back and conquer it in order to get content out here for US. even though ben has anxiety, the pranks and videos always help with me trying to get out of my shell and has made me such a social person than i was before, and it means so much to me that hes teaching how to handle your money, i had a huge spending problem and after watching a couple of videos where he mentions to be smart, hes saved me a lot of money. thank you lofe.
just wanted to say man, you really dont know how much you help me. I am and have been going through DEEP shit thats mostly not by my own doing. Shit has been stressful and have thought about giving up on life a few times recently, your vids especially, plus Baylens and Dizzys vids help me. You are a true inspiration.
Please don't give up, I've given up a lot of times in my life, made a few suicide attempts, in the past, my most recebtvone was August 10th of last year, I shot myself in the chest but I survived, I'm glad I survived all my attempts because I have hope that if I font give up and continue to try things would get better. I've seemed help and taken my journey of life seriously, I'm glad these videos help you through what you're going through. Keep finding things that give you inspiration and take those inspiration and use it to elevate. Don't give up.
