My nephew is 3 y/o and can sing rhymes, count numbers, identify colors, alphabets, animals and can recognise everyone's names but rarely calls out. He's hyperactive and still doesn't respond to his name. Some doctors say he has autism while some say it is speech delay. We're very confused and worried. Will he ever talk? Is he non verbal? Please reply
