Pure kashmiri,my mother was only having pandit friends in her childhood,she told me about her friends and also her names,how nice was kashmir but destroyed by india and pakistan ....Their was a great bond between kashmiri Muslims and Kashmiri pandits.

We all will live together once again like brothers and sisters. We will protect our culture, traditions rituals our mother tongue kashmiri. @Hyder Ali you can see india is an example where both Hindu and Muslim lives together . Being kashmiri I feel kashmir has a great future with india. During 1990s we were thrown out of our home , but we choose india over pak or anything. See atleast we are in better positions than rest of kashmiri.

It will be interesting to know, after reading all this (below), whose side will you take? Will you come back to your original faith or continue with the new one? The first exodus was in in 1389-1413 CE during the time of "Butshikan (or iconoclast), Sultan Sikandar. Who period is described as an orgy of cruelty, violence and terror. The second genocide + exodus was in 1413-1420, during the time of Sultan Ali Shah who was the son of Sultan Sikandar. This guy completed what his father started with greater vigor. The third genocide + exodus was in 1477-1517 CE, during the time of Hassan Khan when 2000 Hindus were brought to his palace for Kalima. Their sacred threads were cut followed by circumcising and forceful feeding of beef. Women were abused, temples destroyed, jizia was doubled etc.. The fourth genocide + exodus was in 1658-1707 CE during the time of Aurengzeb. The fifth genocide + exodus was in 1720 CE during the time of Mullah Abdul Nabi aka Muhat Khan where he ordered that 1. No Hindu should ride a horse, not wear shoes 2. They should not wear Jama (Mughal Costume). 3. Should not move out with arms covered. 4. They should not visit any garden. 5. Were not permitted to wear tilak mark on their foreheads. 6. Their children should not be educated. This followed, by maiming, killing, looting raping. The sixth genocide + exodus was in 1753-1819 CE during Afghan rule. When they themselves got tired of using the sword to kill, they tied up pairs of hindus together and drowned them in the dal lake. This area is called Bhatta Mazar or graveyard of Pandits. To make it more entertaining they would jump on the backs of hindus to take a ride.
