I always thought Rick has a better voice than Liam Gallagher and this song is further evidence to support my opinion (which I know most people won't agree with so don't loose your minds LG fans)
Rick has always been a much more dynamic singer and his singing has improved compared to his 90s vocals (the latter can't be said about Liam) Liam had the raw talent, but he was not the most careful wielder. Rick has the talent and he uses it well, hence his stellar showing in his 50s.
