@@M1sterFancyPantshonestly not really. It doesn’t seem like an afterthought but rather a well designed feature that doesn’t stick out but adds a cool level of detail
Remember when cars had headlights that were $30? Imagine accidentally backing into this thing and chipping one of those bad boys. Good luck throwing the owner $200 and asking him not to call the cops.
@@NoWorries894 Still not sure what that means. V10s don't really have any distinct sound. The Dodge Viper sounds totally different from the R8. It's a turbo 5.
Work at an audi dealership, got to gas and deliver one of these fresh from factory, can confirm they are a LOT of fun, super stiff ride but when the pedal is down the car MOVES and the quattro awd on the 21 audis and up keep the cars impressively planted at all speeds
@@MusicLover1049 I have a 2016 s4 which is bigger than s3's and being 6'4 with typically having 6'+ passengers makes the backseat unusable for anyone except maybe small children. Plus buying groceries for 2 people completely fills my trunk, so I can see where he's coming from. For me that's all I need but if you want to have 3+ passengers you need something else
@@deej628 the top speed is electronically limited to 174mph, but when you remove the limiter it will do 186mph. Sorry if delimited is not a real word, my mistake
@@fireindahole857 you are wrong because it is a 5 cylinder engine. 5 cylinder engines are notorious for being very reliable. Those old volvo wagons that last for millions of miles are 5 cylinder cars. Those 1970s mercedes taxis you find in Africa with 2 million miles on them are also 5 cylinders. And the rs3 itself generally has very good reliability.
I agree. It's a waste of engineering for not implementing more of these 5-bangers. They could lower the power to 300 hp, and you would still have a fast and great sounding car, and on top they would sell more.
My dream daily would be an RS3 hatch if they sold them in America. The 2.5 5cyl in turbo and non turbo is such an amazing and reliable engine. I had a MK6 golf 2.5 as a daily and a ‘13 TT-RS for the summer and they were the best…never had a single issue with either.
@micketinaction2557 because it's quicker cheaper more reliable and has a better warranty. This stuff comes into effect when you actually have the money to buy something.
We need to give more credit to the camera person they move with his hands. The camera work keeps me engaged great job! Love the vids Forrest!👍🏾 Plz review the new KiaEV9 and and Plaid model tesla
We need more 5 cylinder engines again. They should offer this 5 cylinder as an S line package on the Q5 and Q7. I understand the near silent refinement of the V6. When you are at prestige trim and luxury. When you step up to SQ5 and SQ7. Especially on the SQ7 the V8 sounds amazing too. But something about the 5 cylinder is intoxicating
Hold up a FIVE BANGER?? Never thought I'd see the day someone uses one of those again. My '04 S60 feels a little happier with a new cousin on the roads
Why? My 5 cylinder sounds absolutely beautiful. They’re amazing cars. Although, this RS3 look like a jetta with a body kit on it. The engines themselves, are amazing.
