Cant underestimate how important Kabba's contributions were in that season. Pity his career went downhill after leaving the lane. Browny was a monster.
Thomas Hobson He had a good 1st half of the season when we got promoted, but went downhill in the 2nd half and never recaptured his form after that. He got 10 goals I think same as Webber and one less than Shipperly. Those figures may be slightly off.
browny's goal, best in the sheffield derby ever, tudgays was good placement and don't get me wrong, a good goal but brown's was: technique, power, placement, on the volley, what more can u ask for. up the blades
fucking hammered em. Pressman was their best man on the pitch. Conceded 3 goals and he was still class but no one would have stopped Browny's goal. UTB!
What about when both teams were actually half decent... 1991. FA Cup Semi Final. Wembley, London. Yeah, it maybe took extra time for us to finally do it, but your keeper was incredible and it was a far more important game than this.
have to say that 2nd goal for sheff utd was a cracking goal. scissor kick on the full volley from 19 yards. Don't know why someone would say he could do that in his sleep, they must be fooling themselves. Sure, the blade's player isn't going to hit that shot every time, but it doesn't mean it was a lucky strike. Hate to see the blades down in league 1. They should have won that playoff final against burnley a couple years ago and been back in the prem.

@marco11902 to be honest i think u r rite, charlton will probably run away with it and i think wednesday will go on another good run and only just finish second, mk dons will finish 3rd, shef utd 4th, huddersfield 5th. it will all be very tight tho
Now that my friend is too far, I'm not going to comment on Canada, I have never been there. I do agree with you though Sheffield does have a lot of chavs. But my good sir, it is no landfill. Sheffield is a great city with lots of history and a thriving community, Please don't rip the piss out of my hometown, I don't like it.
Not a bad goal I'll give you that ; but best goal in a Sheffield derby ? I think Messrs Curran , Waddle and Sheridan might have something to say about that !
1: learn to spell mate 2: yes they have a bigger ground than us but only fill it on big occasions like most other clubs in England excluding the big premiership teams 3: yes we may be the shitter side of Sheffield at the moment but we are still 100 times the club you will ever be 4: you will find out how good our support is when we fill your away end and out sing you like we do every other ground we go to 5: HA you didn't beat us on the opening day and your support was shit (atmosphere wise)
