ከአቶ ዩሱፍ ጋር አብሬ ሰርቻለሁ። በጣም የስራ ሰው፡ ደከመኝ ሰለቸኝ የማይሉ አለቃዬ ነበሩ። ማለፋቸውን ሰምቼ እጅግ አዝኛለሁ። አላህ ይዘንላቸው፡ አላህ የጀነት ያድርጋቸው።

I am sad by the news of Mr. Yusuf Ahmed’s passing. He was a great supporter of and advocate for the transportation programs when I knew him as a minister of Transportation and Communication of Ethiopia. His ideas and strategies exemplified the innovative thinking necessary to continue the Transportation Ministry’s excellence across areas of research, policy, and intellectual inquiry. I remember Mr. Yusuf Ahmed as a fine and kind man who was always so full of energy. He has opened the door for my friends and me to attend higher education in England and America. He was the foundation for us to excel overseas. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Mr. Yousuf, rest in power, peace, and love. Solomon Assefa, NY.

የቶ ዮሱፍ አህመድን የሕይወት ታሪክ ሸገር ሬድዮ በተለመደው በጠራ ልምዳችሁ ስለአቀረባችሁልን በጣም አመሰግናለሁ ። ታሪኩን ስሰማ የዛሬ አምሳ ዓመት ያህል አዋሽ ሸለቆ ባለ ስልጣን መ/ቤት ስሰራ የተገናኘሁትን እንጅነር ዋለለ ስይፉን አስታወሱኝ። እኔንም መሐንዲስ እንድሆን ያበረታቱኝ እሳቸው ናቸው። ሀገራችን እንዲህ ያሉ ያልተሞገሱትን ጀግኖች ታሪካቸው የመጪው ትውልድ እንዲያገኘው ማድረጋችሁ የሚመሰገን ሥራ ነው ያቀረባችሁት። በጣም አመሰግናለሁ ። በርቱልን።

እግዚአብሔር ነብሳቸውን በገነት ያኑርልን! ስንት ደጋግ ሰዎች አልፈዋል።

ነፍስ ይማር!! አበ ጌይ!! ያገሬ የሐረር የደጋጎች ፣ የፍቅር ፣ የአብረን እንብላ ፣ የአብረን እንደሰት ፣ የእንካፈል ከተማ ሰው!!!! የዕውቀት፣ የጥበብ ሰው!! ትልቅ ሰው !!! ትሁት ሰው !!! የሥራ ሰው !!! ንፁህ ኢትዮጵያዊ !!! ሞትህ ቤተሰብክን ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ በቅርብ በሩቅም ላለን ወገኖችህ ጉዳት ነውና ። እግዚአብሔር አምላክ ቤተሰብሕን ጽናቱን ይስጣቸው። የወላድ መሐን ልትሆን እያሽቆለቆለች ያለችውም ፣ ውዲቷ እናታችን ኢትዮጵያ አገራችን ጽናቱን ይስጥሽ፡። ሠርተው ፣ ተጨንቀው ፣ ተጠበው ያገለገሉሽ ልጆችሽን ጎሽሽሽሽሽ !!!! ብለሽ ምርቃትሽ እንኳን ሳይደርሳቸው እንዲህ ፣ እያለፉ ነው።። """ሐገሬ ኢትዮጵያ"" !!!የሞተልሽ ቀርቶ የገደለሽ በላ!!! አው አባዲርና የፈረስ መጋላው መድሐኔ ዓለም ቤተ ሰብህን ያጽናኗቸው ። ያገር ፣ የወገን ባለ ውለታ ነህና፣ እግዚአብሔር አምላክ ዋጋህን በልጆችህና በልጅ ልጆችህ ይክፈልህ። ትውልድህ ይባረክ። በስዊድን ነዋሪ የሆንኩት ፣ የሐረር ልጅ :- "" የጊዲር መጋላ እህትህ ነኝ።

በሥልጣን በነበሩበት ወቅት የመንገሥትን ሠራተኛ በሙሉ ደሞዝ ያስጨመሩ ፤ አውቶቡስ ጭነት መኪናና ቦቴ በመንግሥት እንዳይወረስ የተከላከሉ ፤ ሠራተኛ እንዲማር የተሟገቱ፤ ድርቶች እንዲያድጉ ብዙ የተጉ አገራቸውን በጣም የሚወዱ ታላቅ ሰው ነበሩ

የኛ አገር ችግር ሰው ካልሞተ ደግነቱ የሰራው ስራ ላገር ያበረከተው በረከት ለምን ከሞት በፊት አይዘመርላቸውም ብዙዎቻችን እኚን ሰው አናውቃቸውም ነፍስ ይማር 🙏🙏

አለህ እዝነቱን ያድርግላቸው ። ሸገር ሚድያ ምስጋና ይድረስህ

What a celebration of a LIFE well lived. Ato Yusuf was the most humble, peaceful, and compassionate person I have known. He made me comfortable and equal on issues we discussed in modernizing road transportation in Ethiopia. I was one of the most junior employees who had free access to his office. He believed in educating his employees. He empowered us all. I believe my past work colleagues will agree with me. He was instrumental in finding us scholarship to study abroad. Sorry he is gone, but his memories remain in my heart. May God comfort his family? Dereje Zegeye former RTA employee.

ስለ አቶ ዮሱፍ አህመድ በአርትስ ቲቪ ላይ አቶ ፋሲካ ሲደልል በነገራችን ላይ ከደረጀ ኃይሌ ጋ በነበራቸው ቆይታ በጣም ጥሩ ምስክርነት ሰጥተዋል ።

Ethiopian military officials never respected intelligent and innocent Ethiopian like Yousof A waber who contributed beyond expectation to his country and put him in prison for ten years with out any reason. I remember his positive advice when I graduated. I visited him when he was in prison and asked him . May Allah's blessing, mercy and forgiveness be on his.

His execellency atto yusuf Ahmed was a hard working leader . I worked with him as an ecomomist ,researcher,senior expert in transport operation , acting head of transport operation department until I went to the Soviet Union for a PhD program . After I returned from the USSR, I was assigned as the head of the planning and programming department of the Maritime service corporation,which st that time was one of the enterprises under the ministry of transport and comunications.At that time to His execellency was still the minister of transport and comunications. He was a knowledgable and forsighited leader. I would like to express my condoleses with his family .May the Almighty God bless soul.

The historical contribution of so many unsung Hero like Yusuf are what made our beautiful Ethiopia. This is the first I heard of this respectfully humble diligent and exceedingly competence: I learned how influential and decisive his contribution was for our iconic Ethiopian Airline amongst other great achievements. I hope someone from the current Ethiopian Airline management would read my candid message here and would start a companion and initiative to name at lest one of the terminals for the newly yet to built Airport expansion after his name. May Allha -place his soul Firdaus Jahan . InshAllha !!

ሁለቱም በመገናኛ ትራንስፖርት የተካኑ ነበሩ፣ ሆናም አገልግሎታቸው ለሕዝብ ሳይሆን ለመንግስቱ ኃይለ ማርያም ነበር። እንዴት አወቅ እንዳትሉኝ ሁለቱንም በትምህርት ዓለም፣ በስራ ዓለም እንዲሁም በፖለቲካው ዓለም በቅርብ አስረግጬ አውቃቸዋለሁ ። አሁን የአይጥ ምስክር እንደሚባለው እየሆነ ነው። አቶ ፋሲጋ በግንቦቴ መፈንቅለ መንግሥት ፣ አቶ ዮሱፍ በአማን ዓንዶም እና በመንግሥቱ ኃይለማርያም አፍቅሮትና ጥላቻ ሳይገባው አለፈ። Fs vs Ya = American way or Ethiopian way!!!
