SHEHDS Beam 230W 7R -Defective. This is the second unit I purchased from this company and each time the units end up defective. I am waiting for them to refund me or send me a working unit. The device does not tilt up or down and when it swivels sideways it makes a loud grinding noise. Terrible product and company. Please do not purchase from this company.

This happened to me, There is lock for the tilt, that's what's making the noise. Trust me I had the same exact issue

There are locks for the pan and tilt on this unit. Make sure they are unlocked before doing anything else.

Im looking to buy a pair of head movings and I was considering this brand SHEHDS, so I think I have to reconsider this option. thanks for your review mate, and cheers

The tilt lock is on when out of the box. You need to unlock it for it to work properly

The tilt and pan is 🔐 you need unlock before you do something with that light

Seriously all those who have replied about the locks you potentially not removed. You are going to damage the gears.
