Sheik's Theme/Zelda's Lullaby Impressionist Piano Arrangement

I've been in the process of moving cross-country, so the best I can give you at the moment is a video-less recording of an arrangement I made earlier this year. This is an idea I've been sitting on for quite some time -- an arrangement that weaves together Sheik's theme and Zelda's Lullaby, for reasons that should be obvious to anyone who has played Zelda: Ocarina of Time all the way through. :-) The title is "La princesse cachée," or The Hidden Princess.

Hinestly, Sheik's theme is one of if not the most underrated piece of Zelda music out there. I'm so happy to hear such a GORGEOUS rendition of it. Nice work, friend!

I love the base notes playing Zelda's lullaby while the treble plays Sheik's theme. Such an interesting interpretation.

Thanks! Once I realized that Zelda’s theme is hiding in parts of Sheik’s theme anyway, it was a fun challenge to put them together.

At first, I felt cringey at the altered rhythm of Shiek's theme. Then I listened further and saw how it fit in with the interpretation and I loved it.

I don't know that I would call this Impressionist in the traditional sense... Impressionism is all about painting image and complex weaving of harmonies. But its still beautiful and I'm very glad you made it! Great job!
