Appreciate the story behind the Salamander. Although I'm close and many of my friends have, I've not visited yet. Looking forward to doing so as I've heard so much about it. Hearing Sheila's story behind it makes it even more appealing.

A couple of friends treated me to the Salamander as a birthday gift 2 yeas ago. We had ball. Pure Luxury, the detail and African artwork ! I wish I had of known this story prior, now I understand why it felt so personal, none-the-less we had a fantastic time. My birthday is next week and I so wish I could make it a birthday norm. One day!

Chef Tod Gray and his hot wife Ellen are great people and incredibly talented. With Chef Gray I know the cuisine is going to be exquisite! I had the pleasure of working with him and his wife. Really good people!
