As I pray for you, I pray for myself, that we would look to God for the things that we need (forgiveness, love, intimacy, comfort, understanding, etc.) and not people. Ask Him to help/teach us how to love others the way HE would have us love them. Not the way WE want to love them. Praise God for this freeing video. Thank you sisters for allowing me to come into your circle to learn and heal. Sometimes my biggest struggle in forgiving is to forgive myself. Praise be to God for His Holy Spirit for Grace to forgive me!

I was praying this morning about a Saint who will not forgive (even though I’ve apologized) & put a knife in my heart & who meets me with a sword even though I’ve tried to be a peace maker. *I don’t have the right to not forgive them,* so I do for not extending forgiveness to me, pray for & love them, because it’s my goal to look like Jesus. At this point all I really feel is sad about this situation that happened over a decade ago, but I also rejoice in that I am growing in being able to forgive. *Proverbs 18:19* *A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city: and their contentions are like the bars of a castle.* *Proverbs 19:11* *The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.* *Isaiah 38:17* *Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.* *Exodus 14:14* *The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.* 🇨🇦
Profound, I have learnt so much, my take away today is that "I should stop being offended because nothing passes the thrown of God without Him knowing', as such whatever reaches me "might be something I should really hear", wow, this is freeing, God help me. I don't have to defend myself or feel some sort of way but rather seek God's lesson from the whole thing. 💃💃

That’s the truth. We have to forgive. Because God will not forgiveness us if we don’t forgive those that have hurt us. I have been hurt a lot in my life, but I forgive. I don’t like hold onto things that hurt, it only makes me sick. It is freeing when we forgive. If you’re walking with Jesus Christ you will forgive and forget.
I understand this but how do I truly apply it. I say the words about the 2 people but when I see him or hear her name I feel so hurt. I can’t cut this man out of my life because of our children so I feel a slap in the face and such betrayal every time I see him. You guys talk about it like it’s so easy. I feel like that woman like it was just yesterday. How do I practically do this. These episodes are encouraging but also discouraging like I’m a failure and once again I’m the one checking my attitude and being hard on myself whilst living the consequences of their actions but yet they can sleep easy
When you are offended you can choose to build a wall or an altar. I have always built a wall thinking i'm protecting myself but i was hurting myself even more. Thank you that was eye opening
God Bless You Ladies, everytime I have a need God provides it could be something small to a huge problem and he comes in and says I got this and you and when did I get kicked off the throne, never Lord, my arrogance in pain was the problem and he took me and put me in his lap and said this is where you belong and gave me a hug I can't explain and then I realize God is our Father first he loves us and all he wants is to love us and protect us and after this time of losing my father and brother in the last 2 years, the enemy has pushed me down and the Lord has picked me up everytime and I am humbled everytime by his steadfast strength when I have none and then I sit in his lap and it feels right and warm!
Help me Lord,help me please to forgive and get over myself,to know that sometimes most of the time I am wrong and sin too so give me strength to forgive others like You forgive me🤲
