in Sauda we use UK sizing and not US. maybe that's why you purchased the wrong shoe sizes :(

It's definitely the other way around for me, I always pray that my order gets delivered by Buffalo and not Aramex, because every time every time I get Aramex my order takes 2 million years to arrive. They definitely stopped doing the 50%of your customs back thing and while ago unfortunately
