Quran was memorized by many but a committee of 10 whom were the best were assigned responsible by Prophet Mohammad PBUOH to teach it to the next generation, and it continues till now... يمثل هذا الحديث واحدا من النماذج السامية التي قدمتها لنا السيرة النبوية في الانتصار لحقوق المرأة ، والدفاع عن المستضعفين ، كما أوصى بذلك عليه الصلاة والسلام في حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : ( اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحَرِّجُ حَقَّ الضَّعِيفَيْنِ الْيَتِيمِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ ) رواه أحمد (2/439) وحسنه النووي في "رياض الصالحين" (146) ، ومحققو مسند أحمد ، والشيخ الألباني في "السلسلة الصحيحة" (1015) . يقول المناوي رحمه الله : " بأن تعاملوهما برفق وشفقة ، ولا تكلفوهما ما لا يطيقانه ، ولا تقصروا في حقهما الواجب والمندوب ، وَوَصَفَهُمَا بالضعف استعطافا وزيادة في التحذير والتنفير ، فإن الإنسان كلما كان أضعف كانت عناية الله به أتم ، وانتقامه من ظالمه أشد " انتهى من " فيض القدير "(1/166) . ولذلك كانت النساء إذا تعرضن للضرب لجأن لمن يدافع عنهن ، ويصون كرامتهن ، وهو بيت النبوة الكريم ، الذي كان منارة نور وهداية وصلاح للعالم كله ، كما وقع في هذا الحديث الوارد في السؤال . والضرب الذي تعرضت له هذه المرأة - واسمها تميمة بنت وهب كما في " الطبقات الكبرى " لابن سعد (8/457) - حتى اخضر جلدها يعد مثالا للعادات السيئة التي ما زال بعض الرجال يمارسونها في أخلاقهم مع زوجاتهم ، وعذر عبد الرحمن بن الزَّبِير في ذلك هو - فيما يبدو من الرواية - نشوز زوجته عنه ، وترفعها عن الحياة معه ، ويبدو أيضا أنها كانت راغبة في زوجها الأول الذي طلقها ثلاثا ، ولكن هذا العذر لا يجيز الضرب المؤذي بحال من الأحوال ، بل كان الخيار أمامه رضي الله عنه بتخييرها بين المخالعة وبين استمرار الحياة وتجاوز المشاكل ، ولا يحتاج الأمر ضربا ولا إيذاء ، فضلا عن الضرب المبرح المؤدي إلى خضرة الجلد . ولذلك أبدت أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها امتعاضها من سلوك عبد الرحمن بن الزبير رضي الله عنه ، ولم تجد ما يبرر ضربه واستطالته على زوجته تميمة ، وتعجبت من هذا النوع من المعاملة فقالت : ( مَا رَأَيْتُ مِثْلَ مَا يَلْقَى المُؤْمِنَاتُ ؟ لَجِلْدُهَا أَشَدُّ خُضْرَةً مِنْ ثَوْبِهَا ) ، تعني بذلك أن ما لقيته هذه المرأة شديد بالقدر الذي يبعث على التعجب والاستنكار ، وكأنها رضي الله عنها تدعو النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى الانتصار لها كما قال الراوي : والنساء ينصر بعضهن بعضا . ثم لم تكمل الرواية مصير هذه الشكاية ، شكاية الضرب وما حكم به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بينهما ، واتجهت عناية الرواة إلى ذكر اشتراط الجماع الحقيقي في الزواج الثاني ، كي تحل المرأة لزوجها الأول الذي طلقها ثلاثا ، كما قال تعالى في كتابه الكريم : ( فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يَتَرَاجَعَا إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ ) البقرة/230 . بل لم نجد - بعد استقراء روايات الحديث - أي نقل عن تصديق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لأي من الزوجين في شأن دعوى وقوع المعاشرة بينهما من عدمها ، ليعلم إن كانت تميمة رجعت إلى زوجها رفاعة أم لم ترجع إليه ، كل ذلك يؤكد على ملحظ مهم عند قراءة الأحاديث النبوية ، وأحداث السيرة ، وهو أن الرواة كثيرا ما يغفلون فصولا مهمة في الحكاية ، لأسباب عديدة ، أهمها أن مقصدهم الأساس هو نقل الحروف التي نطق بها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في القضية الأساسية ، وأما ما رافق الحكاية من أحداث أخرى ، فقد يقصر الراوي أو يكسل عن حكايتها . وحديث عكرمة هنا بابه الأساسي ، ومقصده الذي ورد فيه هو تأكيد اشتراط " الجماع " بين الزوجين كي تحل للزوج الأول بعد الطلاق ، وعدم الاكتفاء بالعقد المجرد ، وأما ما يتعلق بمسألة "الضرب" ، وما ترتب عليها : فلم تحفل به صفحات السيرة وكتب العلماء . وليس هذا بالشأن الخطير ، فقد وردت الأحاديث الكثيرة التي تنهى عن أذية المسلم لأخيه المسلم ، وأذية الزوجات خاصة ، وسبق أن استشهدنا في موقعنا بالعديد من هذه الأحاديث النبوية المهمة ، ولعل استقرار منع إلحاق التبريح بالزوجة في قلوب الصحابة ونفوسهم ، كان السبب في تركيزهم في هذه الرواية على كلمة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في " اشتراط المعاشرة الزوجية "، والتقصير عما عداها
Oh god ! There are instructions of beating too. Women are grown-ups, the situation can be handled without any requirement of any light beating too. Neither the father or her husband should have any right to even lay a hand on her, I am no animal to be disciplined by men.
There a rules for everything. How to pray, how to use the toilet, how to eat, how to perform a funeral... Many things... Also how to correct your wife's behavior in a manner which will cause the least amount of physical, emotional and psychological harm. There is a reason why Islam has the least amount of divorces and infidelity in the whole world. There is a reason why Muslim women never have to prostitute themselves, or act in porn movies or raise children in single parent households. How about this point, DNA paternity tests are never required to determine the father of the child. You are also forgetting that it is the absolute last resort, and not used to cause any bodily harm. It is symbolically more than anything else.

Even now arabies follows Lunar calendar intead of Solar calendar followed by people in other area. Lunar calendar having only 354 days compared to 365.25 days in Solar calendar. Because of considering Lunar calendar there is some changes occured in the 4 sacred months. If the tribal God Allah have knowledge he will give solution that Use the Solar calendar intead of Lunar Calendar.

I believe the verse quoted speaks of righteous women guarding themselves in the absence of their husbands. Seems like it's talking of chastity and if a man fears a woman to be committing adultery, then he would first a advise her against it, if she disobeys then he would stop congugal relations with her and if she still continues, he would be allowed to "strike" her. It doesn't say lightly or harshly in the Quran. I do not believe that the verse is speaking of a normal everyday issue between a husband and wife. Anyone who has been cheated on by their spouse would understand how much you would want to "strike" this person. But if you forgive, it's better for you. The Quran further in the same verse says that if the woman stops the behaviour, then you can't do anything against her. Not sure about the hadith as it's not a scripture from God so clearly men could have added things in it to their advantage.

Nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black. But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one. Matthew 5:33-37 NKJV “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, Matthew 5:43-44 NKJV “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Matthew 6:24 NKJV and much much more, if you have broken even 1 of the commandments you are guilty and the justice you deserve is condemnation. There is non Good except for God, we all are sinners and have to face God on judgment day. the Justice we deserve is hell but God has been merciful enough to send his son Jesus to die on the cross for us and took away the sins of the world through his holiness and sacrifice(Jesus = God in flesh) Believe because- “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. John 5:24 NKJV For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
