MyMagic LouLou that's why most women move away from STEM and do liberal arts. It's not wrong but when I see women complaining about their pay scale it's just stupid that they can't see that it's due to their own life choices
Cos the pay scale is lower than woman's level of physically so that's the reason why we woman choose not to raise family and not to be married with some dense stupid man who only think about work as big project and only look down into chore activities. Poor those bastard that only to be forever alone. Never forget to mention liberal arts is the reason why people sucker to things that looked beautifully but difficult to grasp.
MyMagic LouLou you need to read my comment again. I didn't say liberal arts is bad at all. It's needed to an extent. But for some reason most women I've met don't understand what capitalism is and that liberal arts doesn't have a high paying market while STEM does because STEM literally creates everything we use on a daily basis. Also do what many men do, keep their arts passions like music, drawing etc as a hobby and make a living out of your work. But most woman complain the pay scale is sexist instead of analysing professions
Liberal arts is not bounded only by some mere painting or music. It can be expanded into good communications and proper manner so we can sway buyer's heart to buy science products. And we woman always keep complaining about pay scale as long as it's insanely low wage rate than man and forced to be looked thin lke model in this physical demanding job. Perhaps that one day fat and brawny woman is looked so sexy and the equal rate pay scale, then that's fairly equality. Otherwise, just give up chasing woman, cos we woman mainly choose to give up marrying for the sake of the job. But i have full expand of finance literacy to be financially independent, so i am ok with myself not to be interested of science, instead i am choosing to manage business that produce products from science, like some capitalist always doing, because management is what woman's strength to do.
MyMagic LouLou business, management and accounts is a completely different field from liberal arts. Basically the 3 main sectors are STEM, accounting and management(includes sales) and liberal arts(liberal arts, history, music, etc). Also equal pay is not a right of equality. Women and men should have equality of opportunities and not equality of outcome. All women have access to STEM and business and have had access for a good 3 decades yet the number of men in these courses are astronomically higher and women continue to choose lower paying easier and more interesting degrees. That's not a man's responsibility that you should earn the same. You get the same opportunity to pursue the degrees but your choice decides your outcome. Also being thin and healthy is also a choice. No company hires fat slobby unpresentable men and the same should apply to women. Profesional roles should be filled with people who know how to take a little effort towards personal anesthetics. And do you think any man cares of your fat and unkept? You just won't get a boyfriend and if your okay with that then go right ahead. Also women always get a man hotter than themselves just because men are more desperate so your societal concepts of beauty are applicable both ways. Only a well kept handsome man will get a girlfriend
