Are those tubes changeable ?

frist the tie rods then the spaceres then the partetion plat till you constrect the full length between the end plats then you put the end plates then insert the tube do the expanding then put the sliding pltes and weld

What at the bevels used for in the bundle

and make sure you put some nozzel connection in the channel head for the tube fluid inlet and out let

First of 02 ss flange mild tig welding side than mark punching small rouand shape divederas than 19.50 bore holl seamless pipe argoan welding two side flange top bottom dishend welding than inlet outlet flange erw pipe welding than hydro testing .

this is not the propar way to build heat eschanger

yes we call it retubing work....but ussually in this type case they replace the unit with the new one.
