Lord Fupa I should have and I actually was going to but I wouldn't have been able to afford a hotel room too and the buses back to my area would have ended by that time. I know I said Aberdeen is my home city but it's actually 50mile away-i had to move from Aberdeen when ,ex and my ex split but I new gf and she's from Aberdeen and she's into the same music as me so it's all good. Just a shame we hadn't met in September haha

Teethgrinder 83 at least youre together now and hopefully you can catch some shows together in future. I'm Irish myself and live in a rural area and all big shows are on in our capital city. It's easy to get to but it's a bitch to get home from because the trains stop at 11pm. I suppose that's part of the fun in figuring out how the hell you'll get to and from a gig

Lord Fupa yeah exactly,at least we are together now-I was hoping to go to Glasgow with her to see Mogwai but she has too many things happening then. Yeah that's the exact same problem with me going to see bands in Aberdeen-so easy to get to but the last bus home is 11pm too! Haha I've always just forked out for a hotel when going to a gig or staying at someone's house.Im looking to move back tomAberdeen next year anyway so hopefully I'll not have to worry about travel so much then
