Shemp REACTS to Sonic Frontiers Gameplay! 

The art style of Sonic Frontier is another issue, reason being, it feels generic. Like if you were to remove grind rails, and launch pads, and replace Sonic with almost any Final Fantasy character, you would most likely believe that this was another open world Final Fantasy game.

What I really love the gameplay of Sonic Frontiers is that it is more of a open-world where you could explore anywhere and run from one spot to another. My guess is that Sonic will have a skill tree where you could upgrade Sonic’s speed, attacks, and defenses. My concern for Sonic Frontiers is that they haven’t put more characters in the world. We should see a bunch of NPCs in the environment. I think that Sonic Frontiers will have a main quest and a side quest similar to Zelda Breath of the Wild. We would need to see more of the story. What role does Dr. Eggman do in Sonic Frontiers? We haven’t seen a boss battle in Sonic Frontiers just yet. Also, what are the pre-orders or Sonic Frontiers? I really hope the pre-order for Sonic Frontiers doesn’t have a confusing chart like with Sonic Origins.

I find it kind of funny that we're going from one of the most automated, roller-coastery, linear Sonic games to basically the opposite of that lol. But anyway, I do think the early build looks rough, but I'm still cautiously optimistic for the game.

This NEEDS to be delayed another year or two. Preferably two years. Im also really sick of these companies looking at their games like " ok this franchise needs revitalization, oh I KNOW, lets make it like BOTW!"🙄 I like BOTW as much as anyone does. But im REALLY getting sick of seeing people try and use that as inspiration. This isnt even done that well either. Games can take inspiration from other games. But Frontiers looks almost exactly like BOTW in terms of some gameplay elements, tone and music. Its getting f*cking annoying.🙄

I thought the Sonic Frontiers gameplay looked a bit underwhelming and I don't know why.

Honestly I'm not excited for Sonic Frontiers and this footage isn't helping, heck there's no way in heck I'm gonna buy this at launch, I seen how horrible Sonic Forces turned out, wasn't very happy with that one and if things keep getting progressively worse, then SEGA will definitely have one less customer to deal with.

the frame rate... there's no excuse for a modern day game with a budget of a triple A company to have frame drops that bad. I've seen indie games run better. i pray that this is an early build..

The game is soo automated man. If you arnt running on ground the game is just playing it's self. Current day sonic team is a joke

I'm concerned about the puzzles shown at the end, they just look way too simple. If those are the only goals in the open world, it's going to get stale really quickly However, I agree that it'll most likely be at least somewhat nice just exploring the world. The music and atmosphere seem chill, and vibes alone can carry a game surprisingly far, for me personally

At least the early build theory has been confirmed. I’m excited to play the game though, I’m liking everything we’ve seen so far.
