With all of Sheneneh's quirks I don't know how this cast kept a straight face during their scenes. Truly one of my favorite characters on the show. Sheneneh always brought that fire.

I know Sheneneh's character was supposed to be a joke, and I LOVED her as a kid, but the older I get the more I just think "Damn what an awesome woman! She knows what's up." Confident as hell!

I know Martin only plays the character “Sheneneh”, but he is so TOTALLY convincing, I still think after all these years that Sheneneh was a real person!!!

The thing that I always loved about Sheneneh was that even though she would give them a hard time lol, she always had their backs when they needed something. Excellent depiction of the camaraderie and sense of community within the Black community
This is true. I never noticed it until now. She ragged on them, but she always helped them out. She even called them "friends" and didn't like them. lmao
***** In the apartment building that she lives in, she lives on the end. Right outside in the hallway in the corner there's a door that says incinerator. It's where the people who live there dump their trash. Anyway she lives right next to it. =)

Martin is so very talented to play all of these funny characters. I hope he continues to make us laugh. He definetly has a gift, I just love me some Martin.
They should have made a spin-off show with Sheneneh,Keylolo,Laquita and Bonquesha sharing an apartment together... That would have been too damn funny!
