Sounds like you'd like a Graphical Interface for Mobile Radio(s) in your Dispatch. Gold Elite Consoles can be interfaced to Mobile Radios via a CEB but I've never seen the Talk Groups broken out into the individual Talk Group Tiles like a 4.1 Trunking System for Police and Fire normally are but without the rest of the 4.1 Infrastructure all these Patching and Multi-Selection Abilities would be unavailable to you.
