I'm not saying Gumi hasn't *possibly* cheated other times but in this case she had more than enough evidence to deduce DK is pestilence. People are just so used to this lobby *not* paying attention that Gumi *listening* to what is being said and putting 2 and 2 together looks too impressive lol. Remember Steve announcing he's going to kill 3 people and admitting to being Arsonist and still not getting voted? It seems like Dumbdog, Hafu, 5up, Janet and Gumi are the only ones *really* paying attention.

I will once again say I don’t think Gumi was cheating this game. She clearly spells out her logic and DumbDog was being obvious - I’m sure Kara/Courtilly would have picked up on it if they were present. HOWEVER, do I think it was a bit lame to push out on 9 before DumbDog/DK get a chance to have fun? Maybe.

DumbDog and DK were being obvious. DumbDog literally says he “KNOWS” that DK isn’t Pestilence. How could he know anything about anyone? 1. Pestilence hasn’t even killed yet, it was also safe to assume no one had even made it to Pestilence yet since it was still pretty early. And it’s possible that the neutral wasn’t even Pestilence. 2. The comment to DK made it clear they were probably lovers, I would have deduced he was asking so he could know who to “target” next. I wouldn’t be positive on why/how he could target someone, but it does insinuate they’re lovers and that he has the ability to spread something. Pestilence is the only neutral role that can have assistance from another role to “spread” the disease. It kinda boils down to basic logic on how the roles work. Lovers and Pestilence was the most likely combo.

Dumbdog made it obvious, but most of the people had stopped paying attention to his wording by then- only Gumi is smart enough to listen to entire meetings. As an aside, if Dumbdog merely asked DK who he is suspicious of, they could have passed the information in plain sight and no one would be the wiser- his specific use of “clean” was a huge red flag.

Whether or not she cheated, you should know not to drop hints in meetings about your role when she’s around. Other players can be distracted, but Gumi doesn’t miss these things for one reason or another.

I've seen comments that hafu banned her from the lobby for cheating, and I'd like to know if that's true or just speculation.

Gumi is an acquired taste. I am also not a fan of her keeping the mic open, hearing dead conversation then use it to her advantage as crew. I mean fine .. chat and goof around just don't use it to determine/win the game. That is no fun. She truly doesn't know how to have fun sometimes. Also, that would've been a fun game with dk and dumbdog goofing around. Her winning is less fun than the other option with dk and dumbdog winning. I know because I was there, lurking in the shadows to see if she cheats. So I can confirm that she reads chat. Her "read" doesn't make sense anyway because why would Dumbdog know that dk is pestilence? That's impossible to know and we all know it. There's nothing in the game that would allow DD to figure out pesti. Not tracker, not detective, not amnesiac, nothing. So it's more likely that she stream sniped and caught the lovers chatting. Oh Gumi... at least now we know why Hafu permabanned her from the lobby. Case closed.
